People are sleeping at this location and on their phones and wont help u with pretty much anything .store has changed drastically.will not return nad customer service.needed help with my wifi box and got turned away guy went back to sottinf in the lobby not at desk on his cell phone.

ANY PLACE THAT HAS A NO RETURN POLICY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST. THEY HAVE A 7 DAY POLICY ON DEFECTIVE PHONES BUT NOTHING FOR ACCESORIES. BOUGHT A LIGHTING CUBE AND CHARGER CORD ON 04/15. TODAY, 04/21, 6 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. GET A CALL FROM MY GRANDFATHER'S NURSE TELLING ME THAT THE CHARGER AND CORD ARE NOT CHARGING. THEY HAVE TRIED MULITPLE OUTLETS. CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE A STRICT NO RETURN POLICY ON ACCESORIES.

Terrible experience with a rude owner. I was trying to get the right sim card for my new phone. He said he wasn't sure and that I should contact boost on my phone myself. I went to my car and contacted boost.. went back in, and he told me they were wrong... then he told me I should buy another sim card that he guaranteed would work but that boost said would not work. I trusted him (which was foolish of me, but I was desparate to get my phone working). Prior to activating it I went to the boost store at 270 and 3... they said, whoa, dont do that... then they had me up and running with the right card AND after hearing about my experience, did it for free (go there if you need help...they were awesome). As a matter of principle I went back to the columbus square location to return the card that would not work. The owner argued with me, said he would not give a refund even though the card was not activated. Then he started to brag saying he owned 18 stores... unbeleivable that they would let this guy ruin their reputation like this.
