I used to be a Metro customer was for 3 years until I went to go get my upgrade and pay my bill they wanted to charge me way too much it would not back off from it so I told them I was going to boost..I went to Boost got the phone I wanted and a plan that works out great for me..Thank you

As unhappy as I was to be purchasing and replacing a lost phone. The employee was polite, knowledgeable and made me smile. I was however disappointed at the limited selection of cases for my new phone. I have been a boost customer for years and will continue utilizing their services.

It was a great visit! Switched back to Boost from Metro after being ripped off for the last 5 or 6 months! Paying for a phone we been unable to use, literally about a hundred or more hours trying to talk to metro and get them to replace the junk devices and then they charge my hubby an activation fee when swapping out his junk device .. I love Boost! Been with them since day 1 .. Had a Hiccup, I'm Back to Stay!
