Go in today try and get 5 new phones for the family and can't because apparently you can't use a card for anything over 100? So you all don't want people buying new phones like we're supposed to just walk around with 1000 dollars is this a legitimate business I wonder, trying to get people robbed I think

I only give 2 stars because the women who work there is truly amazing but I switched to boost like 2 weeks ago and that phone still isn't activated hopefully going to get it figured out tomorrow ?? but this is one of the reasons I switched to metro a few years ago there customer support online & on the phone is terrible I waited 2.5 hrs on a phone call just to get disconnected and no return call

Miss Jessica was very knowledgeable very helpful. During my visit she did take time to explain my questions.The other locations(I visited several different Boostmobile stores) they just want to sell items and plans and did not care to answer my questions.She has the best Customer Service all over other stores location .Thank you Jessica for excellent service.

SCAM ARTISTS!!! This location recently went under new management AND THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! My 17 yr old son went there for a SIM card that was supposed to be only 9.99 and they charged him $25!!!!!!! AND IT DIDNT WORK AT ALL. I don’t know what happened to the Hispanic family that used to run this location, but I will be calling corporate about the white woman who runs it now. She barely has anything in the store which should’ve been a sign for my sim but he is a teenager.

I got overcharged when buying a sim card and then the 2nd time I went over there the caucasian woman told me that I couldn't get a refund. I contacted Boost and Still haven't got a call back

Called ahead on Thursday May 27 2021between 10 & 12 pm to price a case/screen protector for my new phone. The woman working was beyond helpful, informative and i got both for more than half the cost of the one i had planned to order with no screen protector just a case. I liked the energy in at this location so much i inquired about a possible job. I didn't get her name unfortunately but she gets 5 gold stars and a trophy from me.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐? Also a recommendation for a bump in pay and some paid vacation time.
