I love the service and prices on the phones are great but the price on cigarettes are little bit higher. So it's up to you if you want to get your phones and pay your bill here and get your cigarettes elsewhere

Customer service is always great! But I was told we had insurance on our phone and paid for the insurance also had a receipt. But when it came time to use our insurance I was told we didn't have any and they weren't sure why and couldn't figure out why!!

They have hired new help that are not fully trained and then throw them right into trying to help customers. Poor girl wasn't sure what she was doing. During the week this place has great employees but weekends not so much.
