Customer service was very unfriendly. I went in with an older phone seeing if I can still activate it. I understand it’s an older phone. But I was hoping to get assistance with seeing what would be a good starter phone. No help offered. No information about deals. Or phones they have in stock just getting started at. Didn’t seem like they cared to make a sale.
