My girlfriend isn't as scared in this store as she is in Hot Topic. Hot Topic is like the LA Clippers James Harden, while BoxLunch is like the Houston James Harden. Both good and appealing to me, but you know there's a clear winner here I mean come on we're talking about HOUSTON ROCKETS JAMES HARDEN FOR CRYING OUT LOUD. THE 3RD GREATEST SG. OF. ALL. TIME. It's true. It's dang true.

I've never really had a terrible shopping experience in this location and if something was going wrong, it was always fixed by the manager.I will say however, that the employees that work under the manager need to be more attentive to the customers and less on talking amongst each other when the store manager isn't around.

DONT ORDER BLIND BOX ITEMS FROM THEM. They don't randomize the blindboxes. I ordered 3 of the sailor moon pins, and all 3 were the same. I thought it was just bad luck, so I ordered 6 more. The order of six were also all the same :(

Worst customer service ever! They stole my money and never gave me a product!!! Never got a refund for product that I paid for! Especially since I paid for it months ago!!
