Lady working here has a terrible attitude. Sorry you hate your job but don’t take it out on the customer. She seemed very upset having to actually work. This younger generation is awful. Fire this lady ASAP!

This morning went to stop in and the guy working was rude all I wanted wad to buy some windshield wiper fluid and he went off on me for no reason I don't know what his problem is but this is a perfect example of bad customer service my wife works in the area if it wasn't for that I would never come here again I will do my best to not have to stop here again. If you can go to the next gas station on your route do not stop here.

Best Bp and staff in Columbus. I travel a lot and this is my absolute favorite to visit (I do at least 5 times a week) and have never had a bad experience. Unsure how old other lesser reviews are but the current manager is awesome and I love seeing friendly faces every time I come in.

Not sure what's up with the handwritten signs claiming they'll be back in 5 minutes. Ended up waiting 30+ and decided to leave. I have met some really nice employees here and some not so nice. Overall a decent.. experience. I would personally try and fix the times where they say they're open but are really closed. Maybe this means new staff?? Overall they usually have stock of what I'm looking for and decently clean.

Last night I stopped in the gas station for some food. The clerk behind the register was preparing popcorn. Tasha was the woman's name. She had excellent customer service, made me a pizza upon request, and caught some prancing fool tryin to hand off fake money. The lady needs to be recognized and applauded for such loyalty to her company. Thanks Tasha

Always closed for no apparent reason. Closed more often than they are open. Handwritten sign says back in 5 minutes, waited 25 on a phone call still not open, left. If I was the owner I would fire and hire new. They definitely are hurting your business.

This store should be closed to make it where you can only get fuel..NOTHING is ever ready, I've never seen food out at lunchtime and employees have no idea what's going on. At $12 to$13 and hour, who would?

Employees need fired! How are they always putting a hand written sign up closing when they want? Supposed to be a convenient store, it’s very inconvenient! Worst place ever! Can’t wait for sheets to put ‘em out of business.
