Stopped to shop. The attendant was waiting outside the door, turning customers away at 1045. I what time the station closes and he replied 1045. Then he went inside but didn't lock the door. That station probably loses a lot of money during festival season.

Cashier was extremely rude. Too busy sitting down on her phone. I gave $10 cash for gas. The pump did not work. She probably put it on a different pump. She said she did her job and she don't pump the gas. It took my dad calling for her to even give my money back. She told my dad she don't know why he called. He called to get my money back. Well I went to the station right near you with no problems. Must do better in the hiring process. She is not good for your business.

Sign on the door said, “doing paperwork, do not come in. Pumps are open”. Like excuse me?

Gigi was the cashier when I stopped at this BP. She was very warm and welcoming, like I was a rewards member at a 5 star hotel instead of a guy buying Busch Light at a mediocre chain gas station.I wouldn’t be surprised if she was the author of a book on kind manners. If she ran for public office I would vote for her.

No public restroom. Edit: People who choose where to fuel deserve to know whether they will be allowed access to restroom facilities, which is the only reason I posted this review. The response from BP, that they are somehow "sorry" but "not at fault" for this is pathetic. If BP doesn't want to be embarassed by customers revealing that the affiliated stores don't allow public restroom access, then BP needs to reconsider their affiliation. Fake apologies are worth less than used toilet paper. Save it.

Never in my life have I ever experienced this kind of incompetence. I was double charged 32.55. I was charged once through the BPme app and once inside the store on Monday Oct.31st, it’s now Nov11th Friday and I still have not received my money back. With receipt and card statement proof. I’ve talked to the black woman manager inside of BP who was extremely rude about the situation and told me I should contact my bank after contacting the District manager. Which dashdirect in turn told me that it’s bp that should be refunding me. Went back to bp and she(the manager) told me I need to call Corporate, corporate told me they’re individually owned bp and that they should be the ones to refund me. Contacted the BPme customer service which has told me they have to contact the store directly with the investigation because this is an individually owned store even with the proof of the double charge that I’ve sent in to them via email. So basically I keep getting tossed around like a bean bag and no one wants to be held accountable for double charging me. I have never in all my years experienced this kind of negligence from any company EVER! I’m contacting the better business bureau and I will never in all my years ever spend another Penny with BP of any kind. I will also make sure to tell anyone I know to avoid this place and bp all together! If there’s proof of someone being double charged you give them their money back, that simple it shouldn’t be that difficult. And for the woman who is in management at this BP facility I pray that whatever she is going through, that it’s lifted off of her and God wraps his arms around her bc she obviously has some issues she needs to let go of!

Not surprised this place only has One. Eight stars a gas station should never close their bathrooms as long as they’re open. He lost about 70 bucks on this trip and being a delivery driver I spend a lot of money in gas and I won’t be spending it at BP anymore.

No public restroom. Store was dirty and unorganized, and the clerk was unhelpful.
