My door says no soliciting. It doesn’t say “do not knock”, it says “no soliciting”. This is a solicitation.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!
My experience with Breezeline was the worst customer service experience I may have ever had.
I wanted to try a new internet provider due to connectivity issues with my current provider so I ordered from Breezeline. A tech arrived at my house, put a cord through mine, and my neighbor’s, backyard (unburied), put the equipment on the porch and left.
I called Breezeline and was advised someone would call me back in 2 hours - never received a call. Called again and was told it would take them 2 weeks to come out and bury it. I told the rep I wanted to cancel the “service.” I was transferred and put in a que for 20+ minutes. Had to work so I disconnected. Called again that afternoon and was able to get it cancelled and a request was put in to have them come out sooner to remove the cord going through mine and my neighbors back yard. My neighbor is having a family party this weekend outside.
On top of all of this, the Breezeline tech disconnected my Spectrum internet and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Thankfully, a Spectrum tech was able to come out and fix it within 3 minutes.
I truly don’t know how this company is in business.

I don’t even understand how Breezeline is even a thing.. they came out to my house ran an internet cord thru my neighbors backyard DIDNT BURY IT then just left the rest of the equipment and stuff that I need to set up on the porch n just left without a word.. Then when I called to see when they would be back to bury this huge cord running thru not mine but my neighbors backyard they said not for two weeks!!! So hillbilly and unprofessional. How is the installation not apart of burying the wire?

I decided to switch from my previous internet provider and cell carrier, to take advantage of a promotion they were offering, for 1Gb internet for $49.99 locked for 2 years, free mobile for a year, and a $350 visa gift card. The deal expired on 12/15/2024. I signed up on 12/01/2024. It took until roughly 12/16/2024 to get my former mobile number ported over. I took 2 days of 4 hour calls/chats, with both parties to get the number ported. Then, I noticed I was charged for the mobile line. I contacted support about it. They indicated you had to pay the 1st month of service, then I'd get the 1 year free. I then got charged again. After going through several support folks in chat, and then being told I had to call the support line, and being on hold for 20 minutes, that my service wasn't supported as one for the free line. I told them that it was there support that set up the line. The support person was a manager, and was nice, and indicated she would do some digging to find out what happened, and she'd call me the next day. She kept her promise, but, indicated that, because my number was ported after the 15th (the expiration day of the promotion), that I wasn't able to get the free mobile line for a year, and that I also wouldn't be getting the $350 gift card. (Even though I signed up for all of this on 12/01) She indicated there was nothing she could do, so, even though I did everything I could, I still got screwed out of the deal that caused me to consider switching in the first place. Management and systems seem very chaotic, and no one knows what's going on. Their "hands are tied" and instead, just screw their customers over.
Update: Breezeline's response below, should show you all you need to know, about their support. They indicate that I can DM them on FB or X/Twitter and they will help will all of my needs. This entire review is about working with their service. SMH. Shameful.

Terrible internet connection, constant downtime, always waved away as "maintenance". Asked for a more clear maintenance schedule, since it seemed odd that it always seemed to happen in the middle of my work day, rather than at night. They said "we'll follow up with that". Still no notification of downtime, still more downtime. Cancelled and switched to Spectrum, Breezeline immediately billed me $300, when they said they would be altering my remaining bill for the amount used during the month, but instead they lied and charged me way over extra. Do not use them, do not even think about using them, just do not waste your time.
In addition, I just wasted another 30 minutes of my time trying to get into contact with them about this, and they have not answered the phone nor called me back, as they said they would. Again, pass on this useless excuse for a company

I switched my internet provider from
Spectrum to Breezline, and I have been a Breezeline customer for over six months now. I really liked it at the beginning. However, currently we have issues and I’m not really happy with their service. We lose connection 2–5 times a day, with outages lasting anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes. I’ve called them multiple times, but they think it’s normal.
Last week, I had no connection for over a day and a half, and yet the customer service team still considered it normal. Additionally, they promised me a $100-$75 gift card after three billing cycles, but I still haven’t received it. When I called the manager again about this, they said they needed to investigate to determine if I was eligible. Really?
I know at least five people around me using Breezeline half of them are happy, while the other half are experiencing the same issues as me.

Wide Open West used to be so good. Breezeline has made everything so much worse. They don't even have 24/7 customer service anymore. How am I supposed to troubleshoot with them when the problem only occurs while there's nobody in to take my call?

If I could give this company a zero I would. My phone was shut off on the 4th during an internet chat I was told that I had to pay $3.90 to get my phone turned back on I explained to those nice people that I had spoke to their representative on February 22nd paid 33.20 confirmation 026081. I was told my next payment was due on the 17th for $35.20. so I sent them $20 to cover the $3.90 on the 4th. Today is the 6th my phone is still not working I'm at my neighbor's after work using her phone on the phone with breezeline for 2 hours. I was repeatedly told that I needed to pay $3.90 to get my phone turned back on I explained that I had paid $20 and at the beginning of this phone call that automated phone service said thank you for the $20 payment. I said I did pay it I gave you guys $20 they said that they put that money towards the internet, and that I would have to pay $3.90 to get my phone turned back on. In order to do that I'd have to move money from one account to another problem is the one account is asking me for a second step authentication and they want to send me in a text a six-digit number to prove that I am who I am so that I can get into my account but guess what I can't receive a text because my phone is not working! Because they took the $20 that I paid them when they first told me about the $3.90 and put it towards the internet and now they want me to pay them $3.90 again. Which I can't do because I can't get into my account now breeze line has no office here that I'm aware of nor does my account that my check goes into from the place that I work at. In case you all are wondering why I don't just take it from the other account ? I use one specific account to pay anything online, there's never any more money in there than what is needed to pay whatever it is I'm paying. Keeps me safe. Plus no return fees. So somebody comes along trying to get money that I didn't authorize I'm not going to be hit for $36 because there's no money in there to take care of it. At any rate after 2 hours and the only solution given to me is to pay $3.90. if someone offered me a million dollars right now I wouldn't pay that $3.90. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BREEZELINE!!!!! I also have screenshots of the entire internet chat that I had with breeze line on the 4th if anybody's interested I would love to send them to you

This ISP sucks, nothing ever goes right with them. I’m surprised my family has stuck with this isp for so long considering they never get the speed they pay for. I’m just going to pay for internet for them because lord this internet is horrible and a huge scam. Do not get this internet. You’ll be much better off with any other ISP

CONSTANTLY over-billing me and not fixing it after repeated calls. CONSTANT outages. Internet speeds NOWHERE NEAR what I'm supposed to be receiving. Absolutely TERRIBLE wait times (1 hr+) when you need to contact customer service, which happens every month. Sneaky bait and switch pricing contracts. I've used several different ISP's, and while none are amazingly great, Breezeline is a borderline scam, and I'm surprised they aren't getting investigated or shut down. Avoid this place like the plague! Use literally any other ISP.

Update #3 in 2 days following my upgrade of this review to a 4 stars because they went out of their way to what I assumed correct the issue it has become abundantly clear that Breezeline is not a company that wants their customers to be happy. So I will post the events that occurred below:
Yesterday I called Breezeline to schedule a service. The customer support person tried to sell me a new modem, and wireless router and do anything other than perform the service that I asked for. I have been told that this was due to an error on the computer and that they would correct it and coach the customer service representative. I was on the phone for probably an hour to get nothing accomplished.
A member of their social media team reached out to me yesterday and was very cordial. They scheduled me an appointment and said that I would be getting a $50 credit. I really appreciated this and updated my stars to 4 stars. Then conveniently after these interactions my "promo" ran out and my rates went up which was an issue that we experienced at an earlier date and my wife spent an exorbitant amount of time to make that rate come down. We are now paying far to much for what this customer service and internet service are worth.
I reached out to them today and they told me that the credit takes some time to be applied which I understand and accept. They did however tell me when I asked about the rates that my supposed promo ran out (very convenient after I exchanged words with their customer service team.) This is after our rates went up again recently which we did not make a stink about, but this companies rates going up without them informing the customer seems to be a common theme if the reviews on here are to be believed. Either way they passed me along to their customer loyalty team. I will update this review to a better review if my issues are solved to my satisfaction. I have never in my life experienced this type of customer interaction, and I'm not one to get upset at things easily. I cannot for the life of me understand how this company operates.

New update: They messing w me now 😆
Scheduled a tech to come tomorrow (good thing I logged in and saw it)
Then called me just now asking if they can cancel it because it looks like service is working as intended...I requested the appt continue if they have hopes of retaining my 'loyalty'.... then immediately got the "your modem can't be reached" 🤡 🤡 🤡
Synopsis: I signed up for Calyx internet membership program and can't wait.
Breezeline is the penultimate american isp. Same way planet fitness structures volume > quality.
Edit: 2hrs later off of a very unhelpful experience. Being credited a one-time refund of $30 since the service being paid for wasn't provided. They encourage you to autopay foem your bank because $5 means a lot to the little people 😆
Edit: still on hold going on 1:07:55. He came back when I yelled radio check. States he can't find the plan I'm looking at giving 500mgb/64.99, then says he found it but it's only for new customers, my 200/65 is normal because I've been a customer since 2023. Refuses to share my customer data with me - specifically the speeds I get - and refuses to accept screenshots of what I'm receiving - refuses to share the audio transcript of our conversation. Now on hold for their Loyalty department to explain why I'd be charged more than newcomers.
Currently looking for Hotspot plans since cbus isp's are all proudly dishonest professionals.
Edit: call is going on 60minutes, I've been on hold "waiting for diagnostics" for 25min now. I hear (866) 731-6393 is the better number
Edit: This company is SCANDALOUS!
- argues I did bad speed tests until I want to send my screenshots from their app, then says "no sir we can see your speeds from here and it looks like you might be right"
Proceeds to tell me $65 for 200 is Appropriate!!!
BUYER BEWARE
Edit: home security and my remote job are consistently disconnected.
APPARENTLY being charged $65 for their 200 speed - not what is advertised.
Edit: it's been two weeks since my review and @breezeline has been "unable to contact my modem" 113 [one-hundred and thirteen] times. Avoid if you can afford it.
Breezeline offers terrible service at every point.
Unable to provide the speed being sold.
Unable to maintain connection for even 3 hours before "Unable to reach your modem" errors. Reboot your modem, get a new one, buy a new one, it does not matter.
Customer service will incompetently explain it's a problem somewhere in between - where exactly they never know but it's not on them and you just need to reboot your modem a couple more times. Or maybe it's loose connections yeah that's it.
American professionals right here, avoid at all costs.
