I picked out my engagement ring this afternoon and Anissa made our experience absolutely wonderful!! She was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to narrow down exactly what I wanted and the small environment of appointment only relieved a lot of my nerves.

This place has been absolutely amazing. I don't usually wear jewelry, but i recently got engaged and they helped me and my fiancé pick out both of our ring, got us sized and were able to customize my fiancés ring for him, with barley any added cost. I have mostly worked with Hannah who has been great, but everyone here has been the best, so helpful with choosing things, and answering any questions (I've had many) or concerns we have. I even wanted to get some jewelry for the wedding day and they were able to order it to the store for me to try on before i buy it! its been a very easy experience with great service!

Lizzy was so knowledgeable and kind! She made us feel comfortable and made sure we customized the perfect engagement ring! The showroom is beautiful and the chocolates were yummy! Anissa at the Columbus store was exceptional. She made shopping for an engagement ring so fun and easy. Anissa knew exactly what I envisioned prior to our appointment, and showed us rings and diamonds within our budget that were gorgeous. She was able to customize my dream ring. My partner and I went to look at engagement rings for the first time here. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming in this store. There’s a beautiful lounge room to sit while you wait or cases to look around at. Cailyn was our consultant and she was AMAZING! She listened to what we were looking for, was so kind and showed us so many things but never made us feel overwhelmed or pushy in anyway. She made the entire experience incredible. The staff at the Easton location was exceptionally helpful and courteous. They helped me make a decision I could be confident in and ultimately she loved.What’s most impressed me the most was the customer service. There was a small issue I had and Macy was quick to reach out, apologize on behalf of the company and do what she could to amend the circumstances.We’ll be returning for the wedding bands.
