The guys there are just awesome! Great personality and they unloaded my truck in less than 15mins! Granted, my 53' was only filed a third of the way.

I didn't catch the name of the representative of this company that walked into my store today and disrespected my coworkers, my customers and myself by screaming expletives in the face of us for making an honest mistake we were doing our best to fix down here in Athens Ohio, but if people like that are allowed to work for this business it couldn't possibly be worth doing business with.

This company is not a distributor or retailer of stock or moving boxes so you cannot get one, two, or ten boxes. They are a manufacturer of custom sized and designed boxes. They don't sell one, two, or ten boxes. They have minimum quantities since they have to make them to order. They are one of the best box designers/manufacturers in Ohio. Please don't confuse them with stores like UPS or Blue Box. If you have a new product and need a great box design, then call Buckeye Boxes.

Someone their has a big attitude issue. Could work on his sales skills. Need boxes, try Blue Box in Columbus , they are professional to work with.

They have been a packaging supplier to our company for many many years. Very professional, fairly priced and a pleasure to do business with. This is not a moving company. They manufacture the boxes.

Buckeye is a carton manufacturer and not a retail store. You can buy boxes at any UPS store so who would drive 45 minutes for boxes without calling first? These guys have been a phenomenal supplier for our company, and I would recommend them to any business needing custom cartons made. If you need boxes because you're moving, try U-haul or pack-n-ship stores. There's undoubtedly one a shorter drive away

This this place is a joke! I'm packing up a house to move and needed several different sizes of boxes so I drove 45 minutes to get boxes from this place. Their website says they have these boxes but when I arrived I was told that the boxes I needed were handled by a third-party and I would have to have them shipped to me. I'm not paying to have boxes shipped to me. Called Blue Box Corrugated instead and they have what I need in stock. I will never waste my time with Buckeye Box Inc again.

These guys get five stars for friendliness and service. Everyone I spoke with was a delight to deal with - especially the guy in the shipping department. So why the three stars? As I explained to the nice folks at Buckeye boxes, my mom died recently, and we need some boxes to transfer her stuff from home to the auction company. I asked if they had any surplus boxes, and the nice lady at the front desk told me their 16 x 16 x 16 boxes were the best deal and were what most people got for moving. Unfortunately, after buying the boxes, I discovered that Home Depot sells a similar sized box for less than half the price. I could have got 50 boxes at Home Depot for the same price as the 20 boxes from Buckeye Boxes, or 57 boxes at Walmart. The cheaper boxes are not as sturdy as the Buckeye Boxes, so we aren't really talking "apples to apples," but for what we are doing, a lightweight box would be sufficient. If you're looking for high quality boxes for shipping or long term storage, see the nice folks at Buckeye Boxes. If all you need is a box to get stuff from point "a" to point "b," you might want to look elsewhere.
