This company has a strict 30 day return for refund policy . I tried to return an item for my son who is on deployment in the military and was 2 days over the policy. Was told sorry store credit only . That did not help in my situation . In the future I will shop at Dick’s with a 90 day return period in case this situation happens again . I want to add the items I wanted to return all had tags and still in original bags never worn . He wanted to return them due to his reassignment overseas . No help from Buckeye Corner . Company policy is customer policy but consider shopping at a friendly customer service store who has the same apparel and merchandise in case you miss a 30 day return window .

My fiancée is a football player and they don’t even carry 3X in stores and the one that they did have was not much bigger than a 2X. Not built for anyone with a more muscular physique. They say you have to order online but like the sizes are mediocre and not true to size so it’s impossible to know what to ORDER! Ironic that a store that is all about football can’t even provide clothing for someone associated with Football and with that type of body. Nothing against the staff just wish OSU manufacturing understood how stupid it is to have a store that’s all about football and their clothing doesn’t fit football players 😂

First off I feel like everything is literally 9.99 overpriced!!!! 🤨 Came in looking for my wife and mother-in-law, some matching sweaters. And they have some good Quality ones! I felt like I had to go home and inquire for a loan or something although the staff is very chill and lets you do your thing when you come in but they pick and choose who to greet Properly!!! 🤦🏾♂️ I went right up the street to College traditions And surely they had some of the same sweaters if not better8 to 9 dollars cheaper🤨 All I’m saying, something ain’t right!!!!

If you’re looking for unique OSU clothing, this is the go-to spot. It’s not inexpensive, but worth it in my opinion. Today, my daughter actually lucked out with the clearance rack that was an additional 40% off of the marked price. She bought a great sweatshirt and a Father’s Day gift for her dad, and the total was less than $50.00. We were instantly greeted by staff and they were polite and prompt at check out. I think our check out person was Connor. It’s kind of a busy complex and parking is tight around lunchtime, but I recommend popping in.

An amazing selection of Ohio State related apparel. Staff is usually friendly. Prices are high, as all Ohio State gear is, and wait times to check out can get long during football season or holidays.
