Literally the best shop, after having a bad experience at the dealership I had my car towed to Buckeye and they saved the day! Since then, this is the ONLY shop I take my car to. Everyone there is friendly , they have honest workers, the service is always fast(not rushed) and the prices are affordable! Highly recommend!

I got my car towed to Buckeye Muffler this past Tuesday (10/10/23)for a muffler that was hanging low on me. When I went in the next day to pick the car up after repair, I noticed that my passenger door was halfway closed, and that door along with my driver side door was unlocked. When I looked in the car, I saw that some items had been moved around, and that my car charger was missing. I brought this to the attention of Sherri, the shop manager, and I asked her if my car had been locked the previous night, and she said that she did not lock the car, that the tow truck driver was supposed to do that. She insisted that he probably did not lock the car, so I decided to call him because I still had his number in my phone from when he called to pick up the car the day prior. I called him, and he said that he did lock the car, although Sherri tried to insinuate that maybe he just pressed the latch down, instead of pressing the actual lock button. The driver insisted that he did press the button, and that the car was completely locked. I asked Sherri if my car was unlocked when they pulled my car in the next morning, and she said that she had to manually unlock my car with my key, because there is no key fob on the key. This right there proves that he did lock the car. Ok, let's fast forward. I told Sherri that apparently someone forgot to lock my car after the repair, since I found it unlocked. I asked her did she lock the car after repair, and she said no. I told her that I was upset that she did not make sure that my car was locked while it was on her lot. I asked her how she would feel if that was her in my shoes, and her reply was "I would feel like its 6:25, and I'm ready to go home." Obviously, this was her way of telling me that she did not want to be there listening to my complaints. I told her that is not what you should say to a customer!! Here is my issue. If a car is left at a shop overnight, shouldn't that shop at least make sure the car is locked, if they choose to leave it outside, instead of pulling it in to the shop? Sherri did not apologize for her negligence that night, nor did she offer any type of solution to make the situation right. I asked her if she could at least check the cameras, and she said she could do that, and to call her the next day. When I called the next day (10/11/23), I asked Sherri if she could consider reimbursing me for the charger, since she failed to make sure that my car was locked. She said that she did not think her boss would reimburse me for a charger, then she proceeded to tell me that she was frustrated and would be hanging up the phone, because the shop is not responsible for items taken out of someone's car. I asked her if I could have the shop owner's number, and she said she would give him my number, because she was not allowed to give me his. Today is Friday Oct. 13, and I have not gotten a call from this person. I sent a few emails to the email address on their website, and of course, no one has responded. I called and spoke with Sherri this morning to ask if she gave the owner my number. Her response was "He said that you emailed him and told him that I was rude to you. He has no interest in talking to you." When she told me this, I was floored, but could see that I am not going to get any justice in this situation. This is very unfortunate because here you have a shop, which clearly did not protect the customer by locking their car, but then when the car was burglarized due to it being unlocked, the shop manager instead, just says that she is not responsible for anything on her lot. She also told me that I was harassing her at this point because I won't let this issue go. Utterly ridiculous statement considering her obvious negligence!!!I told her that I don't like how I'm being treated, so that is why I am spreading the word here. DO NOT take your car to Buckeye Muffler and Brakes on 3320 East Main St. Columbus Oh 43213, if you want it to be kept safe and secure overnight. This irresponsible woman did not mak

Got me in and out in about 30 mins. Nice and friendly. Nice clean waiting area. Price was a little up there, but not to bad. I would go back. I just know Mad Hatters was cheaper and I didn't feel like wait because they had a 3 hour wait.

They are a scam and don't take responsibility for the things that they do. Then when you question what they said or do they won't let you speak to management! And if your African American, they threaten to call the police for no reason.

I gave them 1,000 dollars to fix my oil leak and after 3 days they gave it back and it wasn't fixed. Do not go there, there charge too much and don't even fix it. They made the enjene even more worse when they gave it back. Then they asked for 1,000 again. I wish I could give it a zero.

This place is out to screw you, and has the worst customer service. They were to replace my exhaust matching exactly what was there. I had 2-1/2" exasust they installed 2-1/4" I had two chamber flow-masters they installed weird rice burner mufflers. They addmited they put the wrong mufflers on but wanted me to pay the upcharge for the correct flow-masters which they priced in the first place...they were supposed to replace the manifold flange gaskets that were leaking and never did so new exhaust still sounds terrible, they said they never said they would change when we clearly talked over and saw they were leaking when they had it in on the lift... There response to me asking if they could make it right even though I already paid in full was to never step foot on there property again. So exaust still leaking its not the right size I'm out of pocket $1,050 I advise you to not make the same mistake I did and shop elsewhere.

They tried to charge me 500$ for a oxygen sensor that I found at auto zone for 37$. The autozone is 0.5 miles from their shop. When I asked about the price difference they told me they only order from napa auto. Napa sells the same part for 80$. Will never use their company again and I do not recommend using them.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place was exceptional!. The front desk employee was very knowledgeable & straight forward - I appreciate that. They got my car in the day I called, and fixed it on the spot. A short 40 minutes after arriving, I was driving away in my quiet car. Thanks so much!

Two mechanics referred me to Buckeye Muffler.I appreciated the owner showing me everything that needed to be replaced with cost up front. They moved my repairs ahead of others because I remained on the property and I was under a tight schedule. They are professional, friendly, and fair.As I sit waiting for my car the owner was on the telephone with a consumer. She reassured her customer three times the work done and the cost. She went over the work done in detail. She explained to her consumer that whoever told her a full work up and $3,000.00. The owner laughed. She said "I'm looking at your invoice, it's $325.00 out the door. It's wonderful to find a shop that isn't into up selling or over charging because I'm a female.Oh wait, a woman owns this shop.I was also impressed with the repeat business. While I was there three people came in, repeat business.Anyone in the area needing car repair thus is the place. The only thing that isn't done on cars here is tires, alignments and oil changes.
