Went through the drive thru and you can see all the signs on the wall basically of the manager telling staff not to text them when they aren’t working. The staff do not care, and they show it. For mediocre (at best) cold food, it really isn’t worth it.

Customer service ain't very good takes for ever sometimes an the representation of the food is bad not enough condiments an easy to much mayo on the burgers like way to much. I hope u love a mouth full of mayo an very lil of food. I brought this up to the manager an asked for a new burger all she did eat laugh an said that's how it comes . Last I check I thought the customer was always right not the worker. Seeing how I'm paying for my food to be the way I wanted. Reasons why I pay for my food to hand it my way lol needless to say I don't go to the one on south high st no more plus they be smoking weed right out side the door an my kids saw that not very professional of u ask meKid-friendliness: Definitely not a kid friendly place inless u don't care about the weed smoking that happens their

They don't toast their buns. The guy sitting on a stool at the first drive-thru window told me that he just got there and was ready to go home. Been there before several times and have had bad experiences. I get the impression that the staff is trying to run the store out of business so they can collect unemployment for 6 months, the result is going to be absolute. It would be a nice place for a Burger King if the right person took it in a better direction. You can change management, although new ownership is what that property needs. Every action and reaction starts at the top...

Ordered two combo meals tonight in the drive thru. Asked that the Double Whopper have cheese and the Bacon King NOT have cheese, plus both with Root Beer for the drinks. Well the Bacon King ended up with cheese and when they realized that it shouldn't have cheese, they decided to scrape off the cheese which took off almost all of the bacon and then wrapped it up....one very small sliver of bacon on it. To top it off both drinks were only filled about half way, which I tried to get the drive thru guys attention, he just ignored me. I would seriously recommend that someone in management look into training their staff.

This store offers the worst customer service experience ever!!!! Drive a few extra miles to the next location. I'll be glad when this store is added to the list of 400 closing down due to poor performance. Multiple employees run this place with a nasty attitude and a smart mouth. I've several encounters with these 'nobodies'. When I reported the last incident with their far worse employee David, the store manager said well because of the area we hire the people we get and she will talk to him before the next step. They'll be better hiring the homeless handing around there

Ordered thru the app, chose the drive thru pickup option. Arrived and stopped at the first drive thru window. Employee told me I had to go inside to get my order and proceeded to slam the window closed. Once inside, my order was not ready (shocker) waited 10 additional minutes. Food was fine.

Well, to be completely honest, it’s not like I had high hopes for this Burger King seeing as how I’ve been there multiple times and I know that on the night and depending on who’s working will depend on the customer service you get normally it’s OK Service but what I find extremely annoying is when you order food and something as simple as cookies That are literally at the end of the counter before you hand, the bag out the window and I pull off and have my daughter check our bag and go figure my cookies are not in there so we go back and get the cookies and we ask for one extra cookie for the inconvenience of me wasting my gas for their negligence and they say oh we can’t do that and then they really didn’t believe that I paid for the cookies, so demanded my receipt how pathetic would I really have to be to drive off and then come back and complain about dollar cookies and they still couldn’t give me an extra cookie like worst customer service ever not going back you guys suck

Went inside to order and eat,and all 4 workers would look at us and not acknowledge we were standing at the register ready to order food,the place was filthy and very rude and just fealt not welcome so we went to Arby's, Jan 7th at 3:09 pm Sun afternoon, won't come
