I had got my items without a problem but when I went to the checkout line it was vey long and I stood there for at least a hour and once I got up to the counter I seen that there was many closed lanes while there was many workers just standing around worst experience ever!

I literally came from out of town to visit this place & was turned away because they only had 1 cashier, so they closed & didn't even care about me saying I wasn't from here! Smh! Being rude about it is what really made me upset! I'll never come here again!

I swear this place doesn't care about the men's section at all. Nothing is where it's supposed to be. They don't restock regularly. I absolutely HATE coming to this location. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR B&T CLOTHING!!!

This store was nothing spectacular. They have a wide variety of items. All the sizes will be odd and disorganized. If you're looking for something specific you are not likely to find it here. You will find the random good deal but not that good.

The newly remodeled dressing room always closed usually longer wait time in line but this time was pretty fast for once great customer service!!!

I recently visited Burlington in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and overall, it was a good shopping experience.
Price: The prices are fantastic! You can find great deals compared to other stores, and it feels like you’re getting value for your money.
Staff: The staff were polite and helpful. They seemed approachable and willing to assist, which made my shopping experience smooth.
Goods: While many items were impressive, I was disappointed with the selection of men’s trousers and shoes. The variety of trousers was limited, and the quality of some items didn’t meet my expectations. Similarly, the men’s shoe section felt understocked, leaving fewer choices than I had hoped for.
Overall, Burlington offers great prices and friendly staff, but I’d love to see an improvement in the range and quality of men’s fashion.

Please, increase your Billing Checkout Staff, past 1.5 hrs I was in line and all customers are complaining about just 2 Cashier are working, that too very slow !!!!! Worst experience as customer

The customer service here is terrible. I came to make a return and was unable to do so because of "system issues" even though I had the tags on the items and receipt. I went back to make a purchase another day and after standing in line for 30 mins in line I was told that the tag on the item was incorrect and I would have to pay a different price. The staff didn't even attempt to make it right due to their error. Please save yourself some time and visit another location.

Shopping was not bad but customer service really needs some work. Walked up to the line and was nothing but a bunch of teenagers laughing and talking.. soon as I go up and finish checking out I get a receipt handed to me without anything said. No “have a nice day” NOTHING!! Then soon as I leave they all start laughing.. definitely need better employees!

This store is crazy they told me at 947 that I have to be in line even though they close at 10 pm. I get to the line and it’s one register open w 3 people in line and 4 employees standing around talking. I hate this store.
