“As a Connoisseur of natural casing weiners, most by small ethnic family owned shops, of all that I have tried over the last 30 years, these are the best. A great snap, and best of all is the taste(recipe) and the gentle hint of smoke adds to the incredible flavor. I dont believe they are made with any preservatives, so they must be eaten within 7 days or so. I've found that freezing them and thawing at a later date isn't quite the same. Fresh is best. I've simply warmed in hot water on the stove(preferred) , slowly grilled, even microwaved them. These are delicious any way I've made them.”

“I live 57 miles from this place. Since there are no butcher shops in my home town (Heath, Ohio) that even can be compared to this place I gladly make the trip. The workers are very friendly and do everything they can to package what you select .it's worth the drive.”
