Went in with a half dislodged bumper. Dan took care of getting it in, They fixed it in 30 mins - no new bumper required & free of charge - highly recommended!!! You can’t beat the care, service, & top quality by the business and it’s staff. Pics show damage then their repair

I have a very minor scratch with chipped paint and I went to get an estimate on my car. I met with Dan and he told me that it would cost $400-500 to repair because they have to replace the piece. He also told me it would more to buff out another scratch. He was supposed to email me the estimate and never did. I took my car to another place and only paid $200 and the part didn’t need to be replaced and it looks brand new!!! Byers tried to rip me off and the spot that Dan said would be an additional cost came clean off with a Mr clean magic eraser.

Our Subaru Outback was totaled in an accident and taken to Byers Collision Shop. They were upfront and honest about the severity of the damage, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. They took the time to explain the process of working with the at-fault driver’s insurance company, making sure we understood what to expect. Every time we called, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer our questions. Their professionalism and transparency made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!

I went to the collision center to get an estimate to repair some scratches and cosmetic issues with my new truck. Emily inspected the damage, took some pictures and ended up buffing out the scratches right there on the spot. She even recommended I get OEM touch-up paint for the few paint chips that remained. She went the extra mile and saved me significant time and money in the process. I would recommend her and Byers Collision Center to anybody in the area.

Would not recommend...lady at.the counter was rude and telling me the customers business..was there to tow a customers car who also had a bad experience so I was towing her vehicle back to her ..all.i needed were the keys and where the vehicle was located ...totally unprofessional ..I will never use them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone either

The team at Byers collision have been very very good. They did a great job on repairing our car. And even helped get the other things the insurance company didn't see the first time covered so that we did not have any co-payment. The car looks brand new.

I had a lot of body work to be done. Byers was great. Dan kept me updated regularly and finished much quicker than I expected. I have only had my new Mazda 11 months and it looks like new again. Great job in a very timely manner. If I ever need this service again I would go right back to them!

Honestly, wasn’t so happy 100% with my last experience. But I’m not gonna let my last experience effect my business with Byers and plus Emily Banks is honestly a MVP and has always taken care of me there. I’m hoping my future experiences if needed will be more pleasant than my last but other than that they typically do an amazing job. Again Emily Banks and the staff there are truly there to help others out and do go above and beyond when needed.

Amazing company. Although My insurance was very hard to deal with and ended up totaling out my car, the process was so much easier on me because of Brandon’s help. Brandon and Byers made a really difficult situation easy, despite not getting the business to actually fix my car. I appreciate them so much and I will certainly be using them for any future needs!
