Larry is wonderful! As a first time buyer and young woman, I was having bad car dealer experiences at other places, but Larry was the complete opposite: friendly from the get-go, very knowledgeable, and went through the detailed inspection report and warned me about the few things that couldn’t be accurately assessed, like the timing belt. Before I drove off the lot, Larry and his associate made sure my car was clean and the gas was full. I had a wonderful experience with Larry and the Byers Outlet, and you will too.

Although I didn’t end up buying the vehicle I came to look at (I have bought previous cars from Byers, though), I wanted to leave a review because I was so impressed with how the salesperson Jeff treated me during the experience of looking that I wanted to share my experience. Jeff reached out about a vehicle I was interested in, had everything ready and was super knowledgeable, and I didn’t feel at all pressured. He followed up and thanked me for my visit. The car I looked at was amazing and Byers has high standards for their used cars. I would definitely trust Jeff and Byers in any future purchases!

My experience with Larry was nothing sort of exceptional. He was honest, personable, trustworthy, and straightforward. He went above and beyond to make sure that I feel confident with my car purchase and assured me I can call him anytime if I have an issue with the car. Larry was the BEST! He helped us get the van we were really wanting and made us feel very valued as customers. This company buys quality vehicles that are well maintained and feels very safe to drive in. I HIGHLY recommend this little used car dealership to get a good, quality vehicle. Larry is a trustworthy, good dude who knows what he’s doing!Edit to add:The check engine light came on a few days after purchasing this vehicle, so we called Larry, and he had the issue taken care of at a local Byer’s garage a couple days later on the house! We are so impressed and thankful we chose this company!

You mean to tell me I can’t get approved from the “boss” because I don’t have good enough credit. I’m only 21, so I don’t have a credit history ! On top of that the jeep Cherokee is only priced at $12999, my salary was great and everything else I did on my end. I don’t know why these car dealers make it so hard for you to get approved.

Great Staff and quality vehicles. Some may have high mileage but are in good shape and priced accordingly. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them and have been very happy with them..

Don't buy here, they're no help, they will put your credit out there and have many banks put hard inquiry on you they don't work with specific banks to get you approved, they could care less if you're approved or not, i didn't like the way they do things.

Older white guy working here was very condescending and didn’t even introduce himself. Wouldn’t even let me see the car without checking my credit, and then tells me they don’t do financing. Waste of my time. Don’t come here

Looked at a car on Saturday couldn't get financing through dealer got approved on Monday from credit union called salesman and set up delivery for Tuesday and car was sold later in the evening would recommend Tony the salesman very nice to deal with dealership not so much bad way to do business and screwing over customers.
