I have come to this location for all of my car accidents and up until the last visit the workmanship has been top-tier. However, this past time with a new vehicle I have experienced quality issues with the work that has been done. Needless to say this is a disappointment and I can’t quite refer them out to anyone else based off this experience. I’m not sure if they got somebody else in the body department or what.

I called this company at about 2:30 PM on November 11, 2025 to see how much fixing a windshield would cost. The rep responded, “that’s a different department so you would have to call them because I don’t know, um yeah”. Still in disbelief at her inability or even lack of desire to provide the number to the other part of the business (Caliber Glass), I asked to speak to the GM, who I had spoken to before, and who also told me to let him know if I would like my glass fixed as well.
So the GM (who she stated was in a meeting), got on the phone and did the exact same thing she did, but worse. He sounded older, not at all like the GM I met when I went there. He also directed me to another company because their “company doesn’t fix glass, it’s part of another company, but even then it’s best to go somewhere else since I’m paying out of pocket and looking to save costs”. Yes, this was actually stated. I NEVER once mentioned that I wanted to save costs. So anyway, I told him that I’m not looking to save costs, I’m looking more for availability than anything. His response: “well even then you should go somewhere else because it would take me a week to order the glass.” He didn’t ask what availability I was looking for or even what was my price range. He clearly didn’t want to offer the service or give honest information about the service. His whole conversation with me was based purely on assumptions. I was thinking of purchasing repairs for my bumper with this company, but let me tell you, I’m glad for this experience. I cannot tell you what he was thinking but, awful experience.
Great job on losing the company probably well over $2,000 with one phone call! 📞

I stopped by Caliber Collision because my fog lights weren’t working, and they’ve helped me with other services in the past. Chris K was amazing—he set up an appointment, troubleshot the issue, and performed a complimentary service. Now my lights are working perfectly! They are timely with updates on the vehicle repairs at least for me, Happy that they delivered my vehicle before the expected date, I don't think I need to go back to them after repairs. Repair costs are way more than I expected but my insurance covered most part of that total cost, so I am ok.

I would definitely use this repair shop again. I only experienced delays due to the supplier of my replacement bumper sent defective bumpers two times. I did not place fault with the repair facility and appreciated them doing an thorough inspection of the repacement bumber before installing it. They were able to meet my deadllines that I had informed them of and all repairs looked good
