Chris at the Boltenfield Street location was excellent to work with. He oversaw the repairing of my car. He resolved issue quickly, and followed through on his commitments to me.
Hopefully I will not hit another deer, but if I did, I would call Chris.

I wouldn’t trust them with your vehicle took my Honda after a collision and after I picked it up and took it to the wash few weeks later water filled the back cabin of the car. Just garbage.

Edit: The manager has called me to make everything right! He was very apologetic and extremely kind. I appreciated the call alone. But he made sure i was happy and assured he would do his best to rectify everything.
Please make sure you remove EVERYTHING from the car when you drop it off! All my parking quarters and a bottle of designer cologne were stolen from my console. They have signs saying “Not responsible for lost or stolen items”…..so it’s my fault. Good cover though! Minor paint work seems ok.

I would quite frankly steer clear FAR from any one of this brands locations. Specifically this one. From the jump I knew this company works for insurance and not the customer. From the beginning Natalie made me feel like a bother with any questions I had and don’t even get me started with Joe. Joe decided he was a mechanic in his past life and tried to tell me what mechanically could be wrong with my car just by looking at it. When I told him I wanted it diagnosed he then threatened I would come out of pocket for the diagnostic because there’s NO WAY that being rear ended at a dead stop could cause front end damages. If your car was wrecked and could potentially have ANYTHING mechanically wrong with it, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. These people are painters and that’s it. I dropped my car off and didn’t hear anything for 10 days until I decided to call and check in on it, to which I found it it was already completed and they had the wrong phone number for me despite how many times I called / emailed the first day it was there. The ONLY highlight of my time doing business with this place was the sweet lady whom checked me out when everything was said and done. If anyone is looking for collision repair, I would HIGHLY recommend Crash Champions.

I took my car to Caliber collision to get it repaired after hitting a construction barrel that hit my car & messed up my front end. Ashley Schrock was the sweetest estimator. She went beyond what she had to do to get my car fixed asap. I highly recommend her to anyone needing any kind of service. They did a great job on my car!
