I did not get a chance to stay here since for Franklin County and Delaware residents you must stay for at least 4 nights in order to stay here. So asked customer service and one person said they do not have to follow this when you call in vs book online. I would be aware as another told me they have to follow it even though they was unaware until i sent them a picture of what the site said.Between this and other reviews complaining of cockroaches and other insects being here with pictures I did not stay and also chose a whole different brand of hotel due to this rule.Ended up choosing Drury Inn in Grove City and received a very good experience for a decent price. A little more then what I wanted to pay but worth it for what you get.

The room was filthy ok they came cleaned the linen that’s it the ceiling had a splash of something the mattress under all of the stuff was disgusting the curtains had stains on it the chair was trifling how about the hot tub had stuff floating in it like ewwww I don’t want to tell you what I thought it was because the visual in the hot tub was explaining the substance floating they were throwing money in the pool losing credit cards horrible I checked out before I was supposed to left behind some food and immediately left Ashley was nice enough to refund me a night out of 21 days so I spent 20 days there and she refunds me 1 I just thanks I mean but compared to the damage I just wow I spent so much money through my honors society this is embarrassing because what if someone else books here they milking third party purchases and to think their motto says cleanliness all over the hotel and that’s how it looks

This was the first time I'd stayed in a Candlewood Suites, and I don't think I can recommend this location to anyone. Well, unless you enjoy a hotel that reeks of weed and overflowing toilets. In that case, you'll love this place!

Top Notch staff! While these suites can use furniture upgrades I have no complaints about the staff. Excellent excellent attitudes and service. Thank you very much to Rebecca, Garrison, Ashley, Dennis and Tai!!!! Everyone was kind and attentive. Went with my 86-year-old mom who talks everybody's ear off. They were very patient with her! The evening hot chocolate was certainly a bonus. You will absolutely Rave over the kindness of the people who work there.

Centered in a location with access to stores, shopping, & restaurants. Clean, and secure. Rooms have more than one sitting area with outdoor grill, and free laundry. Very happy with my stay ! !⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tip: turn on the jacuzzi before you get in the pool. I think that's how they heat the water in the regular pool. If you hadn't guessed, the pool was cold. And you needed a staff member to let you into it because ther room keys didn't unlock the door. .Otherwise, everything was good. Nice rooms at a decent rate. Would stay here again... but it would not be my first choice.

Stayed there for about 2.5 months. As a whole, the property is clean. The staff and maintenance are on top of keeping the hallways, elevators, and stairs nice. Free laundromat for guests!!! The guest i encountered during my stay were not “rif-raf.”. It’s quiet. No police had to come out to the property. No rowdy guests throwing parties. We stayed in a one bed regular room, no issues. Transferred to a OneBedroom Suite, awesome. It was the equivalent to a small one bedroom apartment. Front desk staff is friendly and was timely with requests. Always professional and had general interest in us having a pleasant stay with them. I did take away one star because 90% of the Housekeeping staff didn’t speak any English; however, they would utilize their phone to translate in order accommodate.

I stayed here for work trip over 15 days, only thing was at night I could hear people walking upstairs all night, like if they was moving stuff around. Other than that rooms are nice. Staff is friendly. But they was always charging me money, didn’t understand why couldn’t they charge everything at once. Feel like I paid more than what it actually was. So just keep an eye on that but other than that Location was great. Would stay again.

I checked in on July 6, 2023 in room 404. Upon entering my room, it was at 85 degrees, the AC was not on. It took it a very long time to cool down. I went into the bathroom to take a shower later that night - there was NO shower curtain, the bathroom was filthy and I had to clean it. There was also no hot water! I stopped at the front desk on July 7 in the morning to complain about my room. They did go and clean the room why I was out for the day, however, I still had no hot water my entire stay. Upon checking out on July 8, 2023, I again notified management with my issues, to which, no one seemed to care. I will never stay at this establishment again. Very disappointed!!

BEWARE!! THERE'S A THIEF EMPLOYED AT THIS CANDLWOOD SUITE LOCATION!!!! My husband and I checked into this location June 30 - July 1, 2023. I inadvertently left some items in the room and IMMEDIATELY called back to inform the front desk. The phone lines were down (then) and are still down as of Aug 2, 2023 the date of this review...their own "Customer Care" department couldn't get through to the location TODAY...614-436-6600. I was finally able to get in contact with Ciera Greaves via email to be informed that my items were no longer at the location. I've been on the phone with their customer care (located in the Philippines) for weeks each time being informed that I would be reimbursed for the items! We've been Platinum Members with IHG Hotels since 2010. Yes, I did leave my things in the room at the hotel and I'm not making excuses for my mistake. However, I find it very hard to believe Candlewood-IHG Hotels is in the business of hiring thieves. I'm aware that it was clearly my fault that I left my items but to be vehemently informed that I would be reimbursed and then...nothing...no follow up just dead air!! BTW...I'm not the only guest leaving a review regarding housekeeping staff theft!!
