Fix Auto did beautiful collision repair on our Honda Fit. They communicated updates via telephone or the Carwise app to keep us informed on job repair status. Chris and Lisa were efficient, friendly and professional and made sure we understood what was needed from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great repair shop. Service writer said it would take a week to fix and it took a week to fix. Loved the update text messages on the status of the repair. Great surprise that they detailed the inside of my car, even though the work was front bumper work.

I took my Mini Cooper to Fix Auto to repair scratches to my rear bumper and side quarter panel. Customer Service was excellent, as was communication throughout the process. Repair was done on schedule and I was completely satisfied with the results.

The job was covered by insurance. But the customer service was great. They even washed the inside mats for me. They repaired my bumper in good time too.
