So was very happy they accepted my car after 1st shop failed to do anything after a month except turn my insurance adjuster away twice while it just sat on their lot, nobody was available for work or supplement 4 wks in cause of apparently family emergencies. Kings Collison off of Brice and gender lost my key fob, couldn't find me in the system...it was a mess then I finally paid to have it towed to Capital Collision off refugee. They were super nice and helpful, did a supplement to fix my car after the 1st 10 mins at the other shop said it was a total loss and did nothing. But have to say my car was making a squeaking noise after I was called to Pick it up. Could not afford to pay for a car rental that I already paid over 2 grand out of pocket cause insurance only pays for 30 days so took it to another shop, 3 days later they fixed it as a pose to weeks if I took it back to same shop and waited on insurance adjuster to approve, shop to order and then fix. My car is not squeaking bit it also still is not right. Makes a grinding noise. Especially hitting the break. Do not believe this shop test drove or they would have heard the noise. Also their was damage to the rear passenger tire that no work was done on. I'm greatful they did what they did but am sceptical cause it's not like it was, makes noises, grinds and is not right. Sick of paying for rental at 350 a wk plus deductible and monthly payments. Done messing with geico. And done with all these shops. Thankful for what they did but it's not right. Do not know what I'm gonna do next except trade it in. It probably should have been totaled as it doesn't sound safe. Prayers to God nothing bad happens

They had my car for a month they kept changing the days and when it was going to be ready then I go get my car my window will not go up on the passenger side I took it back up there to get fixed there was a real nice Spanish guy who fixed it for me I get back home I found out that the lady at the front desk double charged my card taking out $1,000 I've been calling back up there no answer my car was also filthy on the inside but I let it go saying I would just wipe it down the whole experience has been horrible besides the Spanish guy who fix my door and apologized to me and I'm really not sure what the wait was knowing that my kids father was in a wreck and took his car up there and got it out within a week

When you're hoping these guys will fix your car, but instead they're out back stealing your stuff. Had a 52 inch curved LED light bar sitting in the trunk. When I went to go collect my personal items, poof........ gone! Was told "they're not responsible for lost or stolen items" but they also don't take the time to lock up your vehicle when parked outside. Just by coincidence they had a break-in to the shop while my car was there.

My car was stolen from my home... after fighting with my insurance company...My car was ready in 30 days during Covid and I had over 8k worth of damage. Came back in excellent condition. I was made whole again, I thought I was going to want to trade my car in but once I received it I felt like I did when I first bought the vehicle. Communication is terrible, I had to call myself after 2 weeks of waiting just to hear that they can't "find a part". Idk if they just didn't want the business or what, but unprofessional I'd say at the least.

So I dropped in here to capital collisions after somebody had rolled backwards into my vehicle.This was a great experience the owner Ken McKnight and his wife Roslyn are awesome people and they treat you like family.Within five minutes they gave me an estimate ordered the parts and scheduled me to drop my vehicle off the next day with the repairs to the bumper being done the very same day.This is an American business that knows how to treat its customers great and I would highly recommend them to everybody in Columbus Ohio but especially on the east side of Columbus Ohio

So I dropped in here to capital collisions after somebody had rolled backwards into my vehicle.This was a great experience the owner Ken McKnight and his wife Roslyn are awesome people and they treat you like family.Within five minutes they gave me an estimate ordered the parts and scheduled me to drop my vehicle off the next day with the repairs to the bumper being done the very same day.This is an American business that knows how to treat its customers great and I would highly recommend them to everybody in Columbus Ohio but especially on the east side of Columbus Ohio
