Capital Games is a well-stocked gaming store that offers a vast selection of retro and modern video games, consoles, and collectibles. The staff is described as friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, providing a positive shopping experience for customers.
The store boasts a massive inventory, including hidden gems, Xbox Mountain Dew editions, Magic: The Gathering cards, and a wide variety of Pop! figures. Customers appreciate the store's diverse offerings, with one reviewer noting that they had an "absolutely massive selection of retro games as well as new games, and anything video game related."
While some customers have expressed concerns about the pricing being higher than online stores or price-charting websites, others have found the prices to be reasonable, considering the store's overhead and need to make a profit. One reviewer even mentioned spending almost $500 at the store over a six-month period.
The main issue raised by customers is the lack of adequate air conditioning, which can make the store uncomfortably hot. However, the overall consensus is that Capital Games is a great destination for video game enthusiasts, with a friendly staff and a vast selection of products.
Shout out to Capital Games. Bought a portal for a game for my son online and the batteries were corroded. Didn't get it from Capital Games, but the clerk took the time to clean the device and get it up and running. Will be returning to make purchases soon!

Far better than the reviews I had seen. The one used game I wanted and almost disappointed to not find it, then the employee found in 10 seconds. SOLD.

I bought Ocarina of Time from this store. It wasn't in its best condition, but it still works perfectly fine. They brought me the game in a short amount of time. However, if you are a game collector, I don't think this store is for you. Overall, it is a good store.
