I have only had great experiences renting from Cargo Storage. I have rented storage space for 20+ years. The property is kept clean. The office staff are responsive to your needs, very friendly and professional. I highly recommend renting space from them.

March, 2015 marked 10 years as a renter, of your storage units at the Westerville, Ohio location. The initial experience was very good, and the manager was extremely helpful in assisting me with my storage needs, and at one point I was renting a total of 6 units, which were paid monthly via auto-pay through my bank. A few years later that manager was replaced by the current manager, and the service declined rapidly. Some time after the current manager took responsibility of the location, the unit price increased; however, the manager failed to notify me within the required 30 day advance notice requirement, under Ohio statutes. Instead, the manager waited until my monthly payment was received, and then notified me that a late fee was being assessed, because the payment did not included the rental increase. This same scenario was repeated a few months ago, only this time, I stood firm on the Ohio statute that required the storage company to provide a 30 day advance written notice, of the increase. In return, it was communicated to me that my rental units would no longer be renewed, and to vacate them. I can not in good conscience recommend this location to anyone.
