Family-owned and everything is homemade or locally sourc. Excellent Italian food, sausage, cheese and meats. They have the best butcher counter in town--great prices and weekly specials! All the stuff is super helpful and knowledgeable about all the specialty products. I can't get enough of walking around and seeing everything they have. They have imported products and locally made products, an excellent wine selection & the local butcher counter. Don't forget to check out their weekly special ad online !

We went on a Monday night to do trivia. The host of trivia was amazing and so much fun! There were a bunch of teams and we finished third. We will definitely go back on Mondays for trivia. Oh yeah, the food was really good too lol. Reasonably priced and good portions.

Atmosphere is good. Restaurant is small and cozy. Food is barely mediocre. I ordered the eggplant parm and both pieces had the stem attached as well as parchment paper baked to the bottom . Sauce tasted like straight tomato sauce with no seasonings. We drove an hour to eat here and is was absolutely no worth it.

Very routine Italian food. Almost cafeteria quality. Sauce way too sweet. Could have been a hotter temperature. Seating is so so, not real comfortable. Service was good.

Interesting place. Market and Liquor store are great to frequent. The restaurant needs help. We have been there several times to eat and have left disappointed each time. Last night one of us ordered chicken marsala that came out with cold mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce. The we received "frozen" tiramisu. I like this place in general but wish the restaurant would improve.

The food was OK. I prefer Carrabba's food. Our waiter was very attentive. The ambiance was social and family oriented.

My mom and I went to carfagna yesterday. I haven't been in there since they moved to their New location off of Gemini place. But we where so happy to go there because it's such an Amazing Experience. #1 The customer service was awesome ?, we was assisted by a worker called Jax. She made it so Pleasant because the place is so big and full of varieties of fresh foods. For example meats, cheese, pasta, winery etc. I mean this meat market is amazing You can get a lot of your groceries there. And you absolutely can't beat the prices for the quality of meats and products they have to buy. I was so satisfied me and my mom. I'm writing this review because I would like to thank Jax so much for her patience and showing us where everything was located I will definitely be back Thank you so much! I'm a loyal customer to carfagna and I always will be so glad I made it to your new location. Thanks again Jax for the experience! ✨

Good. The new restaurant is light and pretty. It's spacious.Great. Their sauce and the fire grilled chicken wings. They also sample liquor in their store. I had a Watershed bourbon that was nicely sweet and smooth. Not so great. I don't know if they treat their people bad or what but everyone seems to be down. Not happy or appreciative or pleasant. This has been both in restaurant and carry out.Bad. Prices are stupid expensive. This is an Italian grocery store not Saks. Also farfalle cookies (23.00/lb) were stale- hard and has the flavor of everything in the case.I will enjoy sauce at home after I buy at Costco.

Where do I even start...so many great things about this gem! If you want authentic Italian ingredients definitely take a trip to the market. I love picking up desserts or pasta salad, but they have a huge selection of fresh pasta and take and bake meals as well. Cookie trays are available for your parties and their meat counter is amazing. Get a slice of pizza here if you need something post wine tasting! Items can be a little bit pricey, but to be expected for authentic and homemade options. If you want to dine at the restaurant I definitely recommend making a reservation and bringing cash. They do charge a credit card fee, which is a surprise to some. Their Stromboli is my favorite and extremely filing. But you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Don't pass on their cocktails either, the Negroni is phenomenal. The wine bar and liquor store are my personal favorites. You can't beat being a part of their wine club. It comes with two 2-person tastings per month and two bottles of wine. I love that I can find the bottles elsewhere if I really love them or can make a note to visit the winery when traveling. Other wine clubs don't necessarily source their bottles from various wineries across the globe. I really enjoy the spotlight flights which tend to focus on one specific winery or region each month. The liquor store also has a great selection of whiskey, bourbon, tequila, etc! Whatever you need, you can find it here! Keep an eye out for local companies sampling their products in here.

What on earth happened to this place??!! Food was awful. Spaghetti had hardly any sauce....I asked for extra and literally got a little saucer full. Portion size was so small for the price. Sausage and peppers were the same, very mediocre. They have totally overpriced the entire menu. We have given it 2 chances and won't be back. The market, however, is e bought a few things and enjoyed. But not worth the extra trip to go there.

This review is just for the restaurant, the market is fantastic. The restaurant, however, is a real disappointment. The Bolognese sauce is not very authentic and the pasta, whether spaghetti or ravioli, is tough, and not very tasty. Food was lukewarm when served and don't even get me started on me at the atmosphere. Floor plan is shoddy, and the lighting is too bright and not very warm or comfortable. Servers and kids bussing tables and dropping off food are mostly high schoolers and have not much experience and not much personality. We tried this place three times all with similar results and I'll stick to the market.

I am a CLE girl, so this place gives me major Westside Market vibe. The store is on the left side. The restaurant is on the right. I got steaks from the store..yet to try them. But I have heard amazing things!! The restaurant side was cute, frank & authentic. The service was bomb, the food was bomb, I couldn't have asked for a better birthday dinner with my fam. It was perfect for my nephews, but intimate enough for my family & parents. I got the chicken Parmesan with vodka sauced tortellini. You bet your bottom dollar I will be back. OH & don't forget my glass of Sauv hehe
