We needed a new vacuum after using a very well known brand for years. Justuce listened to our needs and recommended a brand I had never heard of but he believed would be best fit. After a year, the new vacuum has greatly outperformed our previous vacuum, we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Carmen's Vacuum.

I've been going to Carmens for years and have always received the best service. They regularly solve my problem and charge little or nothing. They once even helped with a product not in their line.

Wasn't paying attention and sucked a plastic bag into my upright Oreck vacuum. I wasn't able to get it out myself, so I Googled for a local repair place. Carmen's has much better Google reviews than they do on Yelp, so maybe scout out both. The guys were able to remove the plastic bag (fine, it was an empty dog poo bag) from the vacuum in about 15 minutes and had it running again. The showroom is large and it looks like they have nice stock. I did call ahead and the following information was not volunteered, but they did readily provide when asked "How long" and "How much", so I do usually recommend providing specifics and asking (anyone) direct and open ended questions. Because it was only an empty bag, both the time and cost estimates were accurate. Should I need vacuum repairs in the future, I'd give them another shot.

Awful. My Dyson was acting odd back in March. Took it to Carmen's and they said it needed a new head at $160. Done. Then, 3 months later it was acting odd again. Took it back and he said oh, your head is worn, you need a new one. I told him they just replaced it 3 months ago, why would it look so old and worn? He wouldn't give me a straight answer, didn't guarantee their parts. Told him I felt scammed and was taking my business elsewhere. Found out there's a Dyson repair shop on west side. Went there, he said it's the motor. Replaced it free of charge! Never going back to Carmen's again.

I dropped my vacuum and the attachment was stuck to the end. Not budging. Took into shop and Justin fixed in 5 minutes! Made my day!! Super nice and very helpful!!

Great service. Justuce Blanton was super helpful and quick unclogging my Riccar after I let the bag get too full. He also helped with a buy three, get one free deal on HEPA filter bags. Thanks, you guys will be my go-to vacuum store now.

I went in with a vacuum to repair and while he managed to find the problem with it within ten minutes but sadly the vacuum was beyond saving. He showed me a great vacuum and was super friendly and courteous. I'm sad to say the vacuum he suggested is amazing so I likely won't be returning for some time

I'm so excited! I have a Miele vacuum cleaner...canister style that I've owned for 35-40 years. It still works great. Carmen's has serviced it for me and today they found me a stash of boxed bags for my machine. Miele stopped manufacturing this model's bags and I worried I'd be forced to buy a new vacuum. Thanks Carmen Vacuum! I didn't want to give up my old workhorse of a Miele vacuum.

I took my vacuum that I use every day for work to be fixed there. The guy had an attitude when dropping it off... but everyone had bad days do so I decided to give them a try. They told me they did not have the part in stock and they would call when it was ready, "probably just few days". 15 days later still hadn't heard back from them. I ended up just stopping back in to see what was going on and it was ready. They never tried to notify me. Vary frustrating. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

If I could give one quarter of a star I would! The best I can say about this store is that it was open when I arrived. Though there were two people on staff at the time to help out, what they did was treat me like I had the plague. They stayed behind the counter, were visibly irritated when I asked them to show me what they were talking about. Stayed over 12 feet away at all times. I was so rudely treated. Not only did they not approach in a friendly manner to establish a repartee in which to make a sale, any questions I had were met with short 1-3 word replies. "Yes", "No", "Adapter hoses are over there." Implied is the "Look for the part you need yourself." The young man that was originally helping me left in the middle of doing so to help someone who had just come in.I went in looking for a vacuum tune up. When I went to the previous place that used to do that, they charged $25. This covered cleaning out any blockages in vacuum lines, oiling parts that needed it. A basic "fluff" job. If you needed a new part, say a belt for the motor, that was extra. Great deal, but unfortunately they discontinued working on sweepers. Carmen's wanted $90 for the same job. That is 1/3 the price of a new vacuum. I am not paying that kind of price for a maintenance job. So then I opened the floor for selling me a vacuum. I gave them my parameters, and asked them to sell me on a product. No dice. They didn't even lead me over to a sweeper that met some of my needs.I am by trade a customer service / sales representative. In my over 30 years of experience on how to make sales & keep the customer happy, this was everything you can do to loose the sale. I feel for the owner of the store because if this is what he has running it while he is gone, he will loose all his business. I will NEVER go there again. And will actively encourage the same actions in others, because who wants to be treated that way. When I called them both on their behavior (no other customers where in the store to witness this) they acted like they had done nothing wrong, that I was hard of hearing to see that the adaptor hoses were just over there! I asked if this was just their COVID - 19 behavior, standard behavior, or just them. They were offended. Well some one besides me should be.
