I have had my Unit for Several months..Even had my husband repair the weather striping on the unit door and they took a few bucks off the next month.. because they said an outside contractor was supposed to be fixing it and Didn't!!.
Also I don't get the Billings cycle either 😕 our unit always has trash,leaves blown up against the door and you can clearly see the outside from inside... So ny Question is does the Mandatory Insurance Cover my stuff from that damage ¿¿ IDK be nothing was Explained Clearly ( like Billing Every 28days ) and paying Administration Fee..EVERY MONTH.. Not to mention I missed a Job because I couldn't access my unit when the gate was broken All weekend because there is No staff there on the weekends..🤔 😑 😒... VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
