I did an online order and ordered hot sauce. Heidi messaged me personally to let me know she was out of the hot sauce I originally ordered, so we planned to replace it with a different one. A few hours later, she messaged me again to say she found a bottle of the original hot sauce. Her customer service was outstanding! I can’t wait to visit the store in person just to meet her. I can’t say enough about how professional the service was.

Tourist TRAP!!! Fake "Local" place.
Many items are "Made In China" but you don't see that until get it home and remove the price tag. Just got to Etsy.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE VIA THEIR WEB SITE. I purchased and paid for an item via their portal. After driving a significant distance, the clerk not only did not have a record of my purchase, but then told me the item was not available and the web site was not updated. The clerk offered a refund which she could not complete. I was told the person on the call would handle it.UPDATE - Someone responded directly to me in response to this review, albeit defensively. I’ll update the rating from one star to three, but I won’t return in person or virtually.
