guy dropped my phone handing it to me after he repaired my screen and it cracked, now my phone is glitching out...screens literally staying on during calls, mic going in and out since it was fixed definitely messed my phone up and im livid, do not recommend by any means, go else where its that bad

Very horrible service. The screen repair- make it worse and super faulty screen. The screen is super cheap, glared in FaceTime, drained the battery super badly. I feel like that guy is fraudulent with super cheap materials.My husband and I would never to come back to get phone screen repair again at this place. We went to other place which is super professional. I recommended DO NOT to go that place to get any phones repair.

i'd do zero stars if i could. they "fixed" my phone screen and i got a screen protector. my screen barely worked after. i had to press really hard for anything to work. i softly dropped it a week later and my screen had a bright green line down it. (the screen protector did nothing). i called the store they said "it happens" i emailed customer service and they refused to do anything. don't go please

If I could leave no star I would have! First time I went in the owner sold me a screen protector that broke the same day. I didn’t have time to go in and have it replaced, so I just let it go. I went in about 5 months later to purchase a phone case because I previously bought one there that I still use, I quickly showed him the protector that broke the same day that I purchased months ago just so he knows, not wanting a refund or anything cause it’s been so long, just so they get better quality screen protectors, he said I was lying! Now, They are no price on their items so I picked out two phone cases and came to find out that it was too expensive for me to spend that much money on just 2 phone cases I said thank you and was on my way out, owner stopped to reprimand me by saying that I should have said more than thank you for him to be satisfied and followed by saying that I should follow what he s saying or I would not have a job, what was the point. And also added that I wasted his time. He was on his phone and I called him just once to help me get a case out that’s all, of course if I’m paying for something I need time to choose what I like. It’s my right to take my time in a store And choose what suits me best and also my right to decide not pay because something is out of my budget! If price were next to the items I would have known how much those cases were. Never go there, I do not recommand this place at all.

They were super friendly and helpful replacing my screen. I purchased a case a screen protector after and it took less than an hour. I walked around and grabbed a bite to eat in the meantime. Good value imo.

Great service here. They have a descent selection of cases in store. Recently picked up a new phone and the glass screen protector Verizon put on started bubbling and I couldn't get it out. I always come here to get a new a new screen protector when the one from Verizon starts to bubble. The ones here go twice as long without bubbling and they do perfectly aligned, clean job. I don't know how a place like this stays in business with the selection you can get from Amazon for phone cases. I guess it's good to be able to feel before you buy. Guys in here are always friendly.

The guy told me that they couldn’t fix my iPhone 6 because it was permanatly damaged to get me to buy a new phone. Ended up spending 200 dollars on a phone and when I went to another store they ended up fixing my iPhone. When I tried to return it they said I couldn’t return the phone. Do not go here.
