BEWARE THIS LOCATION! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE, you will leave with more damage than you came with. Came for a screen repair and left with a non working phone with lines through the display. The man who fixed the phone also tried to blame us for breaking the phone. He also lied about his name. DO NOT COME HERE!! Go anywhere else!!

Beware - your iPhone screen will go black eventually after screen repair due to non-authentic parts. I had a black screen within weeks of repair. They gave me a hard time with wanting it fixed, but eventually replaced the screen again. Months later and I’m having the same issue again with the phone being on, but the screen goes black. I would take your phone elsewhere for repair. Especially for $100. I also bought a phone case and protective screen in which both didn’t last very long (maybe a week), very cheaply made for the price.

Worst cellphone repair in existence just got to the guys across from them Smartfix or something like that. Never go to these guys are they smile and seem friendly but you can just tell thier parts are low quality they don’t feel right not to mention the fact my phone broke 3 times for Thier repair and they told me no refund. I took it the guys across from them and not only did they point out how to tell thier screens are cheap they showed me thiers be these guys and thiers just seemed more durable and a little bit of a better feel to it. Not to mention the fact that when they opened they opened the phone for me they showed that these cellax guys didn’t take off all the plastic which they explained to me could melt or cause touch issues essentially causing me to come back but worse than that my phone was missing a bunch of screws. When thier competitor fixed it not only did the screen feel better but I haven’t had any more issues also they replaced my missing screws for me and have a warranty. This cellax place just wasted my money did not give me a refund and essentially made it do my phone would break again I repeat DO NOT COME HERE!

Terrible experience! Please do not come here. They took over a month to fix my iPad, after a week it was no longer working and I had to take it back.
They said it was a missing part. That has taken another 2 weeks and I still don’t have my iPad.
I’m truly frustrated and feel like escalating the issue. Clearly these people should not be in business.

Hi. I been to cellairis phone repaier store in Polaris mall to get my phone fixed, I asked the guy who is working there his name is Henry I asked him for my broken phone, he told me the cheapest price for my i7 plus and told me come back after 20mins so when got back he showed me my phone first I didn't recognize my phone it was like brand new, it was working great and still working, he also gave me 50% off for other purchases. They are very serviceable people ... I hope you guys all had a good experienced there

Terrible customer service! Didn't even sell me the right phone case for my phone. It's for an iPhone 6 and I have a 7. It looks like the case would work fine until you try to use the phone to talk, and then people can't hear you. Then the guy didn't even care to let me explain what happened without asking for a receipt. I kindly said that's unfortunate but next time the people here should really make sure they're selling the customers the proper cases. And he again told me there was nothing he could do without a receipt. I got that the first 5 times, but you clearly didn't get he constructive criticism I offered in return. Take your money to people who actually care about making their customers feel satisfied with their purchases!

Took my phone in to get a new screen, brought it back after the speaker didn't work, they replaced it with a new one and noticed the screen had pixels out, wasn't placed properly causing pressure on the corner and was cracked(not a big crack but if you pay $110 you would not expect to receive a damaged product. They told me I must have did it (while i'm standing at the counter still) told me I can pay for a new screen. DONT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE.

Spent a lot of money on cases there last weekend. My son's stand case broke and they would not replace it, said they would give us a discount. If their merchandise breaks in a week, they should refund or replace it. Horrible business practice and seem like a very unethical bunch of people running the Kiosk..should be closed down!

The sales rep lied to me and sold me products not supported by my iPhone. Said "I wouldn't be selling them if they weren't supported." They don't work and I will be taking them back.
