Errors in my prescription every third time I pick up. Worthless. Unusable product - repeat the same error over and over again. Infuriating.

I love having my pets prescriptions filled here. The staff are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I was also very impressed with their attention to detail! When my pet's medication changed from 1.3 mm to .5 mm per dose, the pharmacist made sure to inform me and not just expect me to notice on the package. With a small animal, this could be the difference between life and death! I am so appreciative of all of the staff and how amazing they perform their jobs!

Staff customer service is minimal and rude. Paid over $80 for medication that breaks apart when you open the packaging and become unusable. I have gotten the same medication near my specialist surgeon in Cincinnati and never had issues. Thankfully this is my last round of this medication.

COCP staff are kind and courteous. Occasionally, a little bag of treats is added with my pet's medicine at pickup. Their exceptional customer service, prompt refills, and the little added details at POS help minimize the stress of having an ill pet. Thank you!

We had an Rx filled at COCP for my son. Initially I wasn’t terribly happy with the service. The cost was quite a bit higher compared to other compounding pharmacies and my payment info didn’t get saved after calling it in resulting in delays. COCP does ship prescriptions via standard mail for free which is ultimately why we filled here. Other compounding pharmacies charge between $10-20 to ship. After talking with Jenna, I’m glad I filled with COCP. Her customer service skills were on point! She was patient, kind and processed my payment while we were on the phone and got my son’s rx in the mail within minutes of our call. I’m incredibly thankful for Jenna and COPC.

My insurance lapsed and I had to pay for a drug out of pocket. I needed a diluted nitroglycerin ointment that, name brand, costed $780 for a month supply. At CVS they told me the company has a patent and so there is no generic alternative.I read on Reddit to try calling a compound pharmacy, so I did.They were able to make the exact script my doctor wrote, plus add lidocaine (to help numb and reduce pain) for $50.My father is a physician and thought it was too good to be true. He called and asked to speak to the pharmacist, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me clear instructions and tips on how to use it when I picked it up.As soon the script is called in, you will get a text message from a real person at the office (not an automated system). They’ll text you when it’s done, and if you call them, a real person — not a phone tree — will be waiting to speak to you on the other line.Would highly recommend and will be using them for future scripts. Had no idea such a thing as this existed, and I know many people who would’ve suffered through pain and forgone the medication because they couldn’t shell out $700, which is insane.More people need to know this place exists.

They do not take several major insurances and their prices are ridiculous. $90 vs $11 for the same compound at another private compounding pharmacy. Their reception staff is also inconsiderate and does not operate with common sense. On the first phone call to review the Rx and get insurance info they never said they wait for payment until they even begin making it. We would have paid at that call if we knew. No, they wait over 24 hours for us to call back for an update to say they don't take either of our major carriers for insurance (couldn't have told us that the day prior?). We pay over the phone and they still are going to take the entire day to make the Rx. They refuse to add flavor to an infants medication and argue that Ora Blend suspension is a flavor. Use Crosby's on High for all compounding! They're so kind and competent and priced fairly!

What a WONDERFUL solution the Central Ohio Compounding Pharmacy has been for me. The cost of a prescribed medication, even with my insurance and / or places like Good Rx was extremely expensive. It was a drug I needed but could in no way afford. My friend told me about the CO Compounding Pharmacy and I was amazed at the price difference! Now I get the meds I need at a cost I can afford, and best of all I get to talk to Sarah who is delightful, helpful, and efficient. Call them today!

No complaints about this place. A recent issue with a national pharmacy that compounds meds for our pets left us in a bind. After a quick call to COCP and our vet, we had an order ready for pick-up the following day (less than 24 hours). Friendly staff both on the phone and at the counter. Thanks a bunch!

This was the first time I’ve had pet meds filled. Central Ohio Compounding was a recommendation and I’m so glad we used them. Medicine was filled promptly and my kitty felt so much better with it after her extraction surgery. They even had multiple flavor options! Highly recommend this pharmacy!!
