This is truly a community and you feel it from the minute you arrive. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel so welcomed. Class is a blast here. They make it a party! Loved the music, the instructors, and the energy. They offer Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong Nation, and total body conditioning classes.

The instructor is kind, cheerful, unique and beautiful. The members are also good friends and fun. They welcome men and women of all nationalities.
