If I could leave zero stars I would. Don't come here to the atm if you want your money stolen from chase tried to take $200 out and nothing happened. Now I have to wait 14 days to get it back

ATM dispenses $20’s and I went in to get it broken down in smaller bills for my kids to donate to a school program. I’m glad I did. Everyone was so pleasant and smiling. It felt very personable and I just wanted to say “Thank You”. You made me smile and felt I needed to write this review. They even gave me a lollipop. ☺️

This bank had the worst customer service. Had ever experienced an any Chase Bank and I've been to a lot.It would not get my money. Play waste of my time twice two different days They are unbelievable.For how bad of service it is, they should get new employees in that bank and fire the ones that are in there. They gave me a huge drive around ABS and I went 15 minutes away to another bank and got my money out with no problems.His voice is bank. That gives me issues with one word in the next. It was so bad that they wasted my time so bad. Did I feel like I need reimbursed for my time and Diesel

Drive up ATMs usually have some type of problem, either they don't work or they can't accept money or whatever the case may be. You can only deposit 30 bills as opposed to 100 bills at other locations

Went to this location yesterday 11/4/2020 before 4pm and the lobby was closed. Have tried to call today 11/5/2020 because I have to pay my rent and have gotten no answer. Can someone tell me what is going on.

I had to get my monthly money order. As usual, the staff was friendly and efficient. Honest also. I left my money order in the drive-thru container and I got a call shortly after letting me know they had it secured and waiting for my pick up. I always have a good experience at this branch. No complaints!!
