This the only Chase bank that refuses basic services to their customers! They don't really care about the convenience of their clients but they just want to have an easier life for their employees. That's why employees tends to get lazy! Worst chase bank ever in columbus!

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. Due to covid they are only taking appointments not walk ins at this location. I made an appointment today at 10am to meet with Adrianna and I got an email confirming this appointment. I needed to discuss my account. My husband and I showed up at 9:55am and the bank was locked I called 9 times before someone picked up the phone. When they finally picked up the phone they told me that I did have an appointment but Adrianna called off sick so they couldn't keep our appointment. They didn't call us or inform us that our appointment was cancelled they refused to help us or get another appointment. I asked to talk to the manager and was informed there was no manager and they couldn't help me. I am furious they should have called to inform us about our appointment rather than making us wait around and drive out of our way and waste our time. I will never return to this branch a terrible experience. Chase would have lost me and my husband as customers if Mallori from the Parsons ave. Location hadn't salvaged the situation. Very frustrated . thankful for Mallori and her teams service however
