The ATM are unusable at night. All lanes blocked. Turns into a parking garage for the night club next to it.

This atm is next to the strip club-which, cool, get your groove on however you want. But how is it that chase doesn't realize or care that every.single.weekend. they are out of money at both atms?!? Endless cars try, get frustrated, go to the other machine and aren't told at any point the atm's are out of money. Put up signs.P program it to tell people at the begining. utPut more money in. Plan more loads. Add more atms. Do something to acknowledge and address the issue.

Just visited chase today to set up my bank account. I am a new chase employee and the only man there was booked on appointments. The teller was so polite and asked if I wanted to wait to see if his next appointment showed up and if not he could probably help me. The man came up to us after a short while and helped me he was so nice and polite. He opened my checking and savings account IN 10 MINUTES. He made sure I understood everything and put me at ease because I was a little nervous. He was so sweet and the teller as well.

Just visited there, the two African American ladies working in teller/customer service department really need to learn how to treat and talk with customer. Its employee’s like these who will seriously make you want to close the accounts and move your money to some other bank because of their attitude.If you don’t know how to treat and talk with the customers politely then you should not be working there.I have been to so many chase branches and always been treated well except for here.

I opened an account online and the next day I went to that location and deposit $400 two days later I stopped at a different location to get some money out They told me I don’t have any funds or an account with Chase so after an hour and a half of Investigating they find out that the teller at this location have deposit my money in the wrong account three weeks later and I’m still waiting to get my money. it’s by far the worst banking experience I ever had The people that work there are very unprofessional

Bad customer service, use a different location!Donald King, the branch manager is trying to be nice and professional, but he is not any of it, rude and non-competent. Withdrawing and taking my funds to a different bank mostly because of him.
