I have been a customer for a few months and unfortunately I go to this bank because it’s the closest one until I move and I must say they are very unprofessional, never help me the first time (I usually have to come in multiple times for the same issue) they never seem to know how to do what I am asking. I can’t say all chase is like this but this location makes things difficult.

Terrible branch, if the ATMs are even turned on they won't complete your transactions half the time. Absolutely useless as a bank.

Terrible wanted to open an account, she makes me bring the documents as such and now she tells me that it cannot be done because I need a house bill, which I had told her was not in my name and she says that it should be in my name.

Terrible Service! They refused my $200 cash deposit to my father’s checking account as my name is not on his account. I did have a deposit slip with his name and account number on the deposit slip and did present my ID. My father is 98 years old & could not make it to the bank himself to do the deposit. I will never go into this bank again nor will I ever open an account with Chase. Fortunately I went to a different branch and had no problem making the deposit.

Whatever Chase is paying Christian, it's not enough. This young man went above and beyond, and was very helpful, professional, patient, kind and attentive to my needs. I'm very impressed with the service I experienced here.

The manager Maria was awesome. I worked with two different people Amanda and Juanita and they were both fantastic. My experience there has been great. Perhaps the bad service for was old management?

There’s always a problem with the drive thru, which causes more problems inside. Better pray they’re open if you’re trying to get money out.

Horrible. There's only one banker and you must make an appointment. The banker didnt have office attire so I couldn't tell if she was a customer or not. Waste of time going in. Very bad CS.
