Terrible service, made an appointment for a Tuesday specifically made it know that we need it for that day and we get there and they make us wait like 40 to end up telling us that the appointment was made for the next day very bad service.

I absolutely LOVE this branch and all of the employees including the security guard! First I’d like to share I have been banking with this branch for 7 years. After Covid once locations opened up I’d still do deposits at the teller. Even tho some faces have changed EVERY employee treats me like family. I pull up they greet me by my name before my ID even makes it to them. Always friendly and always treating me with kindness , customer service is not easy and they go above and beyond for me EVERY time. Today I came to make a deposit and my vehicle began to overheat. I left came back but left my vehicle at the branch. I walked in to do the deposit and asked if I could leave my vehicle until my mechanic could pick up after hours , immediately the teller comes out and says “ oh Miss Woods you are completely fine to leave your vehicle and another teller promptly did my deposit. Now two winters ago I did a deposit at drive thru it was the the dead of winter and dark.. I pulled over past the deposit line and was having a moment I was upset. The security guard saw me on camera in my vehicle clearly upset and came out to check on me. I will forever love this branch and I love the relationship I have with Chase!

So, I'm at the car dealership and there were some issues with loan processing. I walked in the cold wind 45mins into this branch. I must have looked crazy lol. The Branch Manager Mr. Estes was extremely helpful. He immediately dropped whatever he had going on, called the loan department and went to bat for me. I'm very impressed by his professionalism and the level at which he cares for the customer. Thank you MR. ESTES.

Very good ambient. Service is excellent. Valencia is the banker. She is the person who serves banking, knows her job very well and is very kind and helpful. It was grateful to be at there. Congratulations.

Terrible service. One banker to open account and deal with everything else? Just terrible, spent half of my day trying to resolve a small issue that had to be only on the branch. Not recommended

Long wait at drive thru window. I waited at least 15 mins before being helped and I was the only car in line. The teller was nice but they are always understaffed.

I went to open an account in this branch which closes at 5:00 p.m. and I arrived at 4:12 p.m. and the security was a woman and she told me that I have to come back tomorrow and try to arrive before 4 p.m because it will take over an hour to open the account
