Jazzy does a great job with Niece. I feel very comfortable leaving her with Mrs. Jazzy. She comes home happy & clean. I really love the hours, they work perfectly with my work schedule. Highly recommend.

Not safe. My 10 month old granddaughter came home with bruises and scratches that were unreported to us. The teacher claimed that the infants attacked each other. Diapers went unchanged and food restrictions were not followed at all. They gave her foods that she was allergic to, causing rashes. We removed my granddaughter.

They don't watch your kids at all, they are on their phones and allow them kids to get hurt and beat on each other so much your baby will come home covered in BRUISES with no explanation as to how it was done. The director and teachers act happy and smile in your face and make promises to change the care they are providing to your child and in turn take out their frustrations towards you on a defenseless baby. They deserve ZERO stars!

At one point, I would've given this place a billion star, but eventually, everyone shows their true colors. They do have some very sweet teachers, but some are the sweetest fake people I've ever met, and today, I was reminded of why I don't trust. I basically did their job just to be told my kids can't come back. Just be careful and pay attention to your kids because I feel if they can do that, who knows what else they really are capable of. As I was taught as a child, be careful of smiling faces.

This childcare center definitely has some great teaching In teachers as well and the director is very involved but doesn’t care to much when you have a serious concern about your child witch is very unfortunately because she seems so nice but as of ms.Mary I’m not to sure about she neglected my son on several occasions now including not feeding him breakfast or down to a baby wipe to clean his nose smh shame on her I can’t believe they just all walk around in could ever feel like that is ok at any point in any childcare center I would never trust her around your kids she so careless to there needs smh at you lady!!!!

My 3 year twins have been at the this center since the beginning of the year. The director is so involved with all the parents and kids on a one on one basis. Each of the teachers have so much love for my kids and they come home happy everyday. I was so scared to finally let my kids go to daycare but after seeing how great this center is I would highly recommend this center to everyone.

Where to start. This place has been a godsend to my family the new director has helped this center tremendously and the teachers are absolutely amazing. We started taking our children about 6 months ago and the staff is like family they are so caring and thoughtful they have treated our kids like they are family. I was super nervous when my kids were going to start my youngest started there she had several medical issues going into the daycare at about 4 months old and required PT and OT she wasnt able to do things other kids her own age and needed more attention I never had to worry about leaving her there they immediately were welcoming and gave her everything she needed and were happy to give me all updates as I checked in. They send pictures several times a day of all the kids and made me as comfortable as possible. My youngest daughter passed away january 26th 2020 and we were in the hospital for about 3 weeks before that they helped with all accommodations that were needed and helped my children feel safe and happy through the hardest time of our lives. To say these people and this center is amazing wouldnt even touch what I feel about them or this center. This is a second family to us and our children. I couldnt have chose a better place to have all of my kids.

If I could leave 0 stars I would.First off I’m a mom to a medically fragile two and a half year old with heart issues and other medical issues with his stomach.I was in need of a reliable safe place that would take my son with his medical issues so I could work.my son on his first day was bitten no incident was written,no one had let me know that he had been bitten. The director said she would write one and give me a incident in the morning. This was two and half months ago.Starting in October my son started to have a lot of frequent diarrhea issues, which were more then he had at prior daycares .I was spending more time picking him up and keeping him home then at the center. After a month of that then he developed some behavioral issues and got suspended for a day due to pushing another student causing injuries which no incident had been written .My son then was put on a behavioral plan and linked up with inclusion services which DID NOT HELP in the behavioral issues he was having.i would sign behavior charts at the end of every day .But what was being done to work with him in the center, nothing.I did all I could for him as a mom in redirecting him when I noticed behaviors at drop off and pick up.When ever an incident would happen no incident reports where made or given till later notice.I would notice other kids in the classroom had the same issues as well with behaviors and it was clear to me that all of his behaviors were picked up from the center. It was also brought to my attention from upper management (Regional Director) that classroom management was an issue with the teachers and needed to be addressed and worked on.Tonight when I picked up ,I was greeted with my son having a rough day, never told that he had some moments where he was ok,and happy or participating in activities. He susposedly was dumping out cubbies, throwing toys etc...and when I had just walked through the door I was told he had been on top of another child ,when I went to sit him down to put his shoe on because it had been off,I noticed my son had scratches on his neck where blood was exposed .I began to get upset that the teachers did not mention he had been also attacked by the other student ,no marks where indicated at time of pick up.The teachers stated that they were busy greeting parents ,and talking to other parents leaving and ,coming that they didn’t have time to tell me,or get an incident made up.I was more upset that no one told me my child was also attacked and scratched up on his neck by another student, just told of what my son had done. The amount of excuses that are told when ever an issue acures is unprofessional from director to teachers in the toddler classroom.I have also lost my job due to the events at this center .I would not recommend this place unless you have a flexible schedule to deal with these types of issues.Im very unhappy ,upset that I paid $150 to enroll both kids ,to have to go through what I did.And I don’t even get the fee back.So if you are thinking of enrolling your children, please think and observe before enrolling.

I would give no stars if I could, as someone who worked there and left, this is just a heads up. If you are looking for a job please go to another kindercare location. The director doesn’t care about the enployees or the children besides her own. She only comes in when she wants even if the site is in crisis. The assistant director is great she will do anything for anyone and is stuck with the mess the boss leaves behind. The classrooms are always over on ratio, meaning there are more children than legally aloud per classroom. The teachers are over worked and under paid. The director waits until something goes wrong and decideds what teacher she wants to blame regardless of who is actually responcible, and she DOES play favorites! The preschool has no structure at all the children run around reeking havoc and being crazy even under the best teachers. The preschool teachers I knew tried everything the could to introduce structure and a sound environment but with not help from the boss and too many children it still doesn’t help. Children get hit, bit and hurt everyday simply because the directed has aloud wayyyy to many children to be enrolled to “keep the numbers up” with total disregard to the fact that she is understaffed! Do not work here, and be visulant when you pick your children up.
