We absolutely LOVE Cheryl's Doggie Daycare. My puppy gets so excited when we turn into the parking lot. I love knowing how much he loves it there!

John was so nice, it was our first experience at a doggie daycare. He made us feel at ease and Emme had a wonderful day!! She was so tired after her first day that she had so much fun with her new found friends!!

Now that Cheryl is gone, the facility has improved ten fold with Justin and Jonathan! We started taking our dog Gracie after Cheryl had left, and she always comes home exhausted from playing all day. When we get there in the morning she is so eager to go inside and you can tell she loves it there! We have been taking all of our dogs to daycare since it opened, but it's the best it has ever been now that it's under new management. The brothers have been working there since the daycare opened, and I'm so glad they were able to buy the business! They have dedicated their lives to being there for the dogs, I couldn't ask for a better Management!Maybe one day they will be able to change the name since Cheryl doesn't own it or work there anymore.Daycare is out of the way for me, but I know that Justin and Jonathan truly care for the pups, that I could never go anywhere else!

This is a wonderful dog daycare! Jonathan and Justin are the new owners, and they are both wonderful. They love and care for all the dogs like they are their own! ❤️

Best doggy daycare in all of Columbus. The brothers who own this place take such good care of my dogs.

I bring my dog here weekly, and he loves it so much! Every morning that I normally bring him in, he runs straight to the garage door and hops right in the car (he used to HATE the car). He always sleeps great on the evenings when we get back home too. Hours are great for my weird schedule! Everyone here is always so kind and I can tell my dog loves them. Great value for the service. I believe some of the negative reviews may have been when they were under different management. I can't speak to previous management experience, but I can say I'm very happy with the Cheryl's I have experienced over the last few months and will continue to bring my dog back time and time again!

The guys that run this business have been there for many years and are really great with the dogs. We talk and share stories about how the dogs play and who my dog's friends are every time I pick them up. It's not easy to know who to trust and these guys have my full confidence. My dogs get excited when we pull up to the building and that should tell you all you need to know. The cost is very competitive as well, especially for the attention the dogs get!

I started taking my pup to Cheryl's 2 years ago. They are under new management from when my dog started going there, and the new owner and his employees are absolutely amazing with the dogs (you can tell how much they care about them) and have definitely put effort into improving the business. My pup is always so excited to go, and is always very happy and worn out when I pick him up. The gentlemen working there take the time to get to know each dog and the owner, and always give a daily report if you ask. They are very affordable compared to other daycares in the area, and have discounts for teachers, OSU students, and multiple dogs. The only constructive criticism I could give is that it wouldn't hurt if they made an effort to have a bigger online and social media presence to improve the reputation the previous owner left behind because they are no longer what a lot of negative reviews say.

Absolutely wonderful daycare. The dogs all love to play and see each other. The owners are super caring and their love of animals definitely shows.

I'll start off by saying, we moved and havent been to Cheryl's for several years. However- initially my dog loved going to Cheryl's but like others have said, after a couple months of attending- he began pulling away and refusing to go in the door. He has never exhibited behavior like this-- not even at the vets office! At the time, I thought he was just being stubborn but now I am wondering if something else was going on after reading similar reviews. I feel so bad that I didnt pick up on this at the time. We have been attending another doggy daycare for a year and he is always excited and eager to go in. As others suggested, I'd pay close attention to your pups and not force them to go in if they're not comfortable in the environment. I also wish they had cameras for reassurance.

Me and my dogs, Ellie & Jake, love coming to daycare here!! We’ve been coming since November, and the owners - Jon & Justin - are amazing with my pups. I know I can trust and depend on them both to take wonderful care of them, and I love seeing how excited Ellie & Jake get when they come in the morning and see Jon! He always greets us with a smile and is so welcoming. I know Jon and Justin both genuinely care for my dogs, and I can see that in my dogs’ excitment. In addition to their excellent care, it’s obvious Jon & Justin are both very experienced and understand the importance of keeping all the dogs safe while having fun. I highly recommend them to all my friends and family, and won’t be going anywhere else!!

Cheryl's is absolutely fantastic and Cheryl herself is wonderful to work with! I have been going to Cheryl's for the last 6 years and my dogs love everything about Cheryl's. From the moment we get off the freeway, they are excited and they pull me into the building without even looking back. And by the time I pick them up they are tired and happy. I have used Cheryl for boarding many times and trust that they will take incredible care of my dogs in my absence!

We have the world's most active St Bernard, who is quite the handful if not fully exhausted. Dog parks and walks help, as did getting him a brother to play with (sadly the world's laziest Australian Cattle Dog), but nothing makes him happier than Cheryl's.
