Solid, conventional gas station and convenience store. Circle K used to just be out west I think, but the last 10 years or so they've been coming into this area. This one is not new, I just happened to be nearby and needed a pitstop. Bathroom was crummy. No towels, though they did have a hand dryer. No soap. Dirty. Door doesn't lock. Decent gas prices. Pretty big selection of drinks and snacks. Some prepared foods, some even already warmed up. A little expensive, but it's a convenient store. I got their special flavor of Mountain Dew, Purple Thunder, which was nothing special. And a chuckwagon sandwich, basically a fancy ham and cheese sandwich. Again, nothing special. And again kind of expensive.

1st time there in a very long time. It was kind of interesting. You just put your items in the box and it scans your purchases for you. It's all self serve self pay.

You will not believe what I walked in on the other day wile trying to get my morning cup of coffee. The district manager yelling at the store manager, and the only assistant manager about the condition of the store. When they tried to explain about all of the hours they had been working for many weeks, and trying to explain they need more employees to be hired, and that they were unable to find any willing to accept minimum wage they told them they didn't care if the two had to work double shifts seven days a week, they needed to do better. I can't believe that anybody is even floating the idea of hiring at minimum wage considering two restaurants and three near stations are advertising starting wages, not up. $20 Hr It's also hard to believe that these employees are willing to take this abuse, I would have walked no notice. It was brutal, borderline verbal assault, and unacceptable coming from the manager in charge of multiple stores. I will not be a patronizing these establishments going forward. :(

I live a about a 7 minutes from this store and frequently frequent this store. This particular location is often out of product, the cooler not stocked, and on demand products like hot and ready food neither hot nor ready. The other day I happened to walk in on a store meeting while I was picking up some last minute essentials, when I noticed not only the store manager, but also someone identified as the district manager. The person identified as the district manager was chewing out one by one all of the lower level store employees. One by one telling them that they needed to start doing there jobs. At first I thought this was going to start turning the store around. Until I herd the entirety of the conversation, slash yelling l. It became apparent that half of the employees were frequently calling off from their scheduled shifts and that's why some of the employee's were having a hard time doing there jobs, because they were having trouble staying awake frequently pulling double shifts, and dealing with a bad situation. It gets even worse looking at how much money these people make. Doing a reverse search retracing public IRS records reveals that the store manager making less than 50k last year, and the assistant manager making a measly 31k, all the worse when you take into account that the frequently work up to 70 hours a week. These individuals do there job for less money than what most nonprofits make, looking at the profit margins on this particular location. And the fact that other gas stations are starting out at $16 and $17 dollars an hour. Mc d's advertising $20 it can only be assumed it's a matter of greed or incompetents. I learned it was the ladder when the district manager telling the employees they weren't working hard enough. And when one of the employees pointed out that he was on disability, and already doing extra, above and beyond considering his psychical restrictions, they said he should be ashamed steeling money from the government, buckle down, and do an honest days work. I would feel shame if I continued to give business to this location, and have no hope of it getting better, when the issues are coming from the district manager. I will be boycotting circle k locations in Columbus until it's made clear that the proper changes are being made. ???

Stopped in to get gas using the Upside app. This is one of a few local stations in my area that offer a rebate on gas. It nice to see a local business helping out in times like these.

I know there are those of us that take gas stations/convenient stores for granted, however; when you see certain types of service, it’s just time to call it out!Circle K on High St in Columbus has been a stopping place for me for a few years, in the beginning of that time it was pretty unkept to say it nicely. The people were very unattached so just a place to get gas and hurry to grab a drink. Shelves were not stocked so no one really lingered there but the homeless or people stealing.Fast forward to present day… I have had the pleasure of meeting Shawn, it looks like he started about five months ago. Over the course of a few weeks I noticed Shawn always busy. Not to mention very attentive to his surroundings as well as the store as a whole. I can tell the changes that he has instilled within the store. He has created a more functioning team and the store is cleaner and stocked. I was even at the store one evening when he kindly pointed out to a customer that he saw him put some thing in his pocket and very kindly asked him to remove it and leave the store. He did! I’m pretty confident that if there is a shrink problem it will soon be much better!!I’ve also witnessed him stopping what he was doing to assist a coworker in need.He always makes me and other customers feel that we are important. Always a kind word and always an acknowledgment when we enter the store!I have my own small business and from what I can see Shawn possesses qualities that you cannot teach! I’ve been to other Circle K stores and I will tell you as a customer, that store sure would benefit from Shawn’s leadership skills!Better not lose that guy!!! Shawn, if you are ever in need of a job I hope you read this and let me know! I would take you in an instant!! .

I am absolutely furious at the store Clerk at the store at 3200 S High Street. How dare you threaten me because I bought a sandwich for a homeless gentleman outside of the store. This gentleman did not ask me for a thing, I chose to spend MY money on someone who was less fortunate than I. You are going to YELL me and state that Kim ( Store Manager) will ban me from the store when she finds out I gave a sandwich to a homeless person.
Well Kim, there is no need to ban me as I will go out of my way and spend more money before I step into that store again.
Circle K Management team... You definitely need to do a overhaul on this store. You need to spend more time watching your daily videos of the company your employees keep while they should be cleaning that nasty store. I feel unsafe most night when I visit that store and it has nothing to do with the homeless people but the company the employees keep in the store while they work.
This store is the dirtiest Cirlce K store I have ever been in ... Trust me I travel often and conversations that I hear in this store I wouldn't dare bring my grandchild in this store.
So with this said ... I will be taking my business elsewhere. I understand you won't miss my measley $150.00 plus gas a week in this store somewhere that appreciates the customers.
Thank you,
