Thought this location would be a convenient place to get gas since I moved so close to it, but in the last month since I've been living here they always have half of their pumps out of service. How has it been a month and this isn't fixed?
In addition to that, when I found a working pump, the tap to pay didn't work, the chip reader didn't work, then when I went inside the girl at the counter said that her computer didn't work (3/5/25)
And then there's just that big rectangular area in the middle of where everybody drives that has the loose caution tape and jagged metal around it. Also has been like that for the month that I've been living here and probably much longer.

I’m not sure why you’d operate a gas station and have a MAJORITY of the pumps down for MONTHS now. I drive through about once a week, and think to myself “Nope! Most pumps still down, so somebody else is getting my business today”. Circle K—this station is damaging to your entire brand, and it wasn’t always like this.

I hate this location. Half the pumps are CONSTANTLY busted and if they’re not out of order you almost always see a message that paying at the pump is unavailable and have to go inside anyway. I’d go somewhere else but one of the only reasons I keep coming is because it’s located right across from my apartment.

The cashier that works in the a.m. older lady very unprofessional attitude problem no good customer service she claims she worked there for five years, but very unprofessional

Just interviewed with a lady behind the counter. It was different. Don't know how I did , all 30 seconds of it. The fastest interview I've ever had told her my name and experience didn't once look me in the eye.

Pumps are decent, environment looks clean. They even provide gloves and and sanitizer. There's an air pump available too. Their windshield washer buckets were filled and not just stink like other stations that never change them.

I was in line and 3 women were behind the counter having a man bashing discussion. I'm at the register listening to this. The oldest lady says all men just want attention, so that's why she doesn't pay them any mind. I hear this and say she's giving you the wrong information. The old lady says, " see what I mean." The one at the register tells me to mind my business. How us this good customer service? All three need fired because #1 That is not a discussion to have with customers in the stire, especially with a man at the register. #2 To tell me to mind my business or as she said " I shouldn't be in their discussion." Could you imagine a crew of men says those things about women?How does Circle K let this go by? They don't care who they hire. This was about 1 week ago. I call corporate and left a message, no response. I will never go to that Circle K again.

The employee working alone the other night said she didn't know how to cancel the previous transaction she had rung up, which was for basically exactly the amount I was going to buy anyway so she goes "do you just want to pay this since it's what you were getting anyway"Which is stupid, you not knowing how to cancel a transaction as the sole person operating the store is wild. After I pay I cannot get the gas I just paid for. I go in and the woman has an attitude with me for having the audacity to ask her to make it right. She just instantly says "its back on your card" which it wasn't she was just lying to try to get me through the line. I am charged a second $40 for my gas and the worker had an attitude with me and told me it's between me and my bank.If you dont know how to do your job you shouldn't be working alone and you certainly shouldn't be getting an attitude with me because you don't know what you're doing. 2 days later and the charge is still on my card.

Today I went in to just buy lottery tickets. I haven't been in there for a hot minute due to a broken foot but I was so flattered that the lady behind the counter remembered me. Also they were so kind to a man who obviously hadsome cognitive issues with help in using the restroom. This is a legit review and I honestly mean to say this Circle k is something I am proud of in my neighborhood
