Took our 5 year old in today to get her ears pierced and the lady’s were super helpful and did such a great job doing her ears! I wish I could remember their names, but they were so good with her! They pierced them together and we were in and out within no time!

Made appt online for ear piercing so I did not drive 45+ min for no reason. Received text messages all morning confirming and telling me is was almost time and directions to come into store. I walk into store with my daughter who was so excited to get her ears pierced again and before I even got all out of my mouth the girl interrupted me and said “we are not doing piercings today” Why couldn’t there be a way of notifying me of this by the phone number I used to schedule appt. So don’t waste ur time making appt it’s just a joke. The employee couldn’t give to craps about it either. Never again.

My sisters and I (we’re all adults except for our sister getting a piercing) stood in line for 30 minutes not knowing you have to be 18+ for a piercing or a parent with us, unfortunately our parents are no longer with us…. It just doesn’t make sense because a few years ago I got my piercing at 15 with none of my parents, I was with my friend’s mom at the time. She could’ve told us about the rules instead of us waiting in line for 30 minutes!! Also there was a girl in front of us getting a piercing who was 17 with her friend ONLY!! RIDICULOUS!!!

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. My wife and I decided, to take some items back, after we decided, that we couldn’t afford them. The price to quality ratio, of their jewelry is severely lacking. Although we were, at the head of the line the manager, who was running the register, made my wife and I wait until she checked out the entire line and until she pierced two customers. She made it known, to the entire store, that she couldn’t help pierce customers, because she was processing a return, which she clearly wasn’t.This tactic and the tactic, of making my wife and I wait as she checked out other customers, we clearly meant, to make us upset. So, we would leave. Having trained people, in customer service, for over twenty years, I know, for a fact, that these tactics are nonsense and that they have no business, being used, in a retail setting. They show nothing, but unprofessionalism, and they show nothing but disrespect, towards your customers. They also do nothing, but loose you customers, as they did tonight, because my wife will never step foot, in a Claire’s ever again. If I were any, of you reading this I would do the same.

Had an appointment today at 11am. When we arrived the location was dark and closed. It was a Saturday and a bday gift for our daughter that she had been excited about. We had our appointment confirmed by text and email several times so we felt good about that.We waited and tried to reach this store but no one answered. We waited 15 min past the appointment time and left to find another place to do ear piercing. No way did I want them to rush it.We were left scrambling to find another place for our daughter.We went to Ulta across the street and they were able to fit us in and it was AMAZING. I should have checked with them in the first place as the service and experience with Ulta felt more comfortable and upscale compared to what we would have experienced at this place. Sometimes things are just meant to be but next time we will save the headache go where the professionals are!

Wow! What an experience,thanks to Nyala!Today was our daughter’s 6th birthday and all she wanted to do was go to Claire’s to use a gift card she received for her bday. We got to the store right around closing time and Nyala made an exception and let us in knowing it was for a special occasion. Due to staffing shortages, Nyala was the only person working but she did not use that as an excuse to provide poor service and on the contrary, she went above and beyond to make this such a special shopping experience for our daughter. Nyala provided suggestions for her and ultimately helped her pick out THE perfect item to use her gift card on. It made our daughter’s day which made us so happy. Thank you Nyala for being so thoughtful and making her birthday a memorable one!!
