I decided to go with Color Magic CARSTAR since they were approved by my assurance, and I am very happy with the results! I was able to get in for an estimation within a few days, and my car was finished within the promised 9 days after dropping it off for service. My car looks better than ever, and they even cleaned the interior!

CARSTAR exceeded my expectations, I would 100% go back with any future needs. I received daily email updates as to the status of my vehicle repair and it was completed in the time frame they estimated. The dent/paint repair they did on my vehicle looked perfect. When I picked my vehicle up they had vacuumed the entire car and had plastic sleeve over my seat and paper floor mat for protection while working on it. I wish I received this level of service at maintenance appointments from other repair shops. CARSTAR has the formula down, highly recommend!

I appreciate Color magic for taking care of my vehicle. I really appreciate how often they communicated updates on my car throughout the process- that helped put my mind at ease! My vehicle was very clean and looked brand new when I got it back. It did take a bit longer than they estimated for repairs to be completed, but this is not the shops fault, rather just supply issues. I appreciate them working hard to find alternative suppliers. Every person I talked to here was always very courteous.

ColorMagic on West Mount Street did an EXCELLENT job with fixing my car. They finished very quickly and communicated with me updates about my vehicle with prompt emails. The staff is so nice and I highly recommend everyone this auto body shop. I’m very thankful !

Use these guys! Matt was great to work with. You could tell he cared to make sure that everything looked great and John was very thorough with my extensively damaged truck. I know it wasn’t an easy fix for them but they made the process smooth and gave me regular updates to make sure I was in the loop! Thanks for making my truck whole again!

They fixed over $6000 damage to front end.. and then it looked like everything was done so had me pick it up. Then the car had an additional hiccup that wasn't immediately evident after bringing the car home, and they honored their guarantee and finished fixing it at no additional charge.
