Columbus Botanical Depot is Central Ohio's first CBD store, opened in 2016. It is an awesome shop that can supply all your CBD needs, carrying everything HHC, THCA, Delta 8 & 10 related, and many more. They specialize in a very large selection of only the highest quality, lab-tested brands. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable, educated, friendly, courteous, polite, helpful, and extremely informative. They are not there to just sell but to provide an education, helping customers navigate the facts about hemp and recommending products based on individual goals and an understanding of the Endocannabinoid System. The store itself is very nice, with a clean, well-lit, and organized location. Customers report being impressed with the service, finding exactly what they needed for issues like spine pain, neurological issues, carpal tunnel, or TBI, often through helpful suggestions and even free samples. The business offers free education classes in its CBD Resource Center, keeps consistent hours open seven days a week with evenings, maintains an up-to-date website, and provides reliable online ordering. Overall, it is considered the best place with top-of-the-line products and exceptional customer service that makes a huge difference for many.
