Stayed here in room 104 for a Hozier concert over at Historic Crew Stadium. Location is great for events there as we were able to easily walk over in about 10 minutes. Parking was free which was great. Breakfast was good, nothing too special, coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, toast, pastries, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and waffles. Room was clean and organized. Only problem was the water pressure in the shower was odd. Full strength water pressure for hot water but barely a dribble for cold water. We only stayed for a night so not too bad but would be awful for extended stays. Front desk was great with communication and giving us extra stuff like blankets. Would stay here again for another event at the stadium.

Disappointed in the amount of just trash from people, outside especially. Maintenance of rooms is NOT their strong-suit. Faucets not connected well. Drawer broken, fridge not working, locks on doors not working. Had to switch rooms. Pool was decent I will give them that. Also they are pet friendly. This worked out well for us considering we spent most of the 3 days at the convention center at dog shows. Probably will not stay next year. :( lots of smoking right outside and inside ...I know it's 'legal' but have respect for others.

How do I even express our AWFUL experience. Our toilet was clogged and I called the front desk for help. No answer. So I went downstairs to ask for help and was told “I can’t find the plunger, I will let you know when I find it” 4 hours later and we still have no working toilet in our room. Called again for follow up and once again nobody answered, so at 5am I went downstairs in my pajamas and found this sign. I am beyond appalled and can’t believe we have NO WORKING TOILET IN OUR ROOM. AND NO HELP.!!

The room was clean, but the AC in our room did not work. Would not stay again.

The room itself was fine, no issues with any staff but the pool water was opaque. Also the indoor pool is in direct view of the front desk which is weird.

The room is dirty, immediately when I walked in it smelled of smoke. I contacted the front desk, I was offered zep smoke odor spray. There's no other available room as the hotel is booked. There's debris and stains from spilled liquids through out the room, holes in the walls, the electrical outlet is hanging out of the wall. For almost $300 for 1 night, this is pretty ghetto.

Our room was dirty & smelled of mold/sewage from the mini fridge freezer being frozen over/leaking. Pool hours not consistent with posted hours.

Horrible experience. Partly because of rooms in disrepair, and with a major event there were no other rooms available. But the room was still in disrepair.When we first checked in the room was humid and had an odd overpowering Pinesol smell. Seemed like they cleaned in the last minute or they were masking some other scent.The window was broken/busted/whatever, so as it rained it was raining in my room.Additionally, I found bugs in the bathroom. (The crawly kind)They were gracious and fully refunded our room, but I had to go to another hotel.

The rooms were dirty (carpet) and disgusting. The window was full of mold (which made us sick) and the air conditioning unit did not function properly. This was very unhealthy and disgusting to say the least. The place looks very tired and not maintained very well. The elevator smelled like urine. There was no way we were even going to attempt going into the pool after seeing the state of our room. The chair at the desk was all torn and ratty and the shower curtain was also ripped/torn with garbage behind the bathroom door. This is all part of maintaining a healthy and well managed hotel business which that it is NOT!. Breakfast presentation was not good, area not well maintained and the staff left their cleaning supplies on top of some food. The area was not in a good part of town given it was right off the hi-way and very noisy all night long. We couldn't understand the customer service rep at the desk either when asking questions. Was charged for a SAFE tax and didn't book the safe to use or did use it when booking online with CHOICE HOTELS! Choice hotels should not be even recommending this place in their choices for people. VERY DISAPPOINTED in our stay here. I trusted to join Choice Hotels to find a safe and clean place to stay but this was obviously a bad "choice" literally,

The room was okay. Mattress and pillows were well used. When I jumped into the pool it looked odd. Saw some chunks of dust in it aswell. Once I got out and showered it practically ruined my hair! My hair feels so dead and dry now. Also the shampoo and conditioner sucked and hardly had any in it. Alongside the tv guide not being correct. It deserves its 2 star rating.
