Recently, the company I work for moved from one location to another and we used Commercial Works for the new furniture, assembly, physical move, and general assistance. I was highly impressed with the entire team. They were easy to work with, professional, and available to help as needed. I continue to reach out to them for final touches in the new office and appreciate everyone there for their attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Commercial Works has partnered with us to solve our Firm's furniture needs for multiple years now. Consistently we have experienced great communication and service. They have a strong variety of furniture vendors to find the right fit and really insist on exceeding expectations. Wanted to say a huge thanks to Gary, Kathy, all the installers, and the entire Commercial Works Team!

I had the best experience this past week with Commercial Works. I was fairly anxious about the volume of deliveries but the guys who arrived to run our routes were so efficient, thorough and kind! They were very reassuring and careful with the copiers. They made deliveries and pick ups Monday through Friday to our customers and the entire process was so easy. They were quick to deliver, very careful and easy to talk to! I will be 100% using Commercial Works again, highly recommend!

I use Commercial Works in Columbus, Ohio as they are the distributor for Fabuwood cabinetry in the area and I do not have any other choice. They delivered a shipment to a client's home this week. Many cabinets were missing and others had extensive damage. The delivery crew could not have cared less - rolling cabinets over and out the back of the truck. Trying to deliver items not addressed to this home and no clue or concern about the missing cabinets. Seriously, this is so contrary to your culture statements on your website that I find it to be comical. Seriously disappointing.

every time I call into speak to someone about my client's order that was supposed to be delivered I reach a voicemail. No one calls me back. Called on Wednesday and now today and nothing. They've had the order since the 9th of this month and couldn't deliver them til the 21st and then didn't show!! Now no one will answer a phone. poor customer service

Special order cabinets sat in Columbus for a week before scheduled delivery. Confirmed delivery for the following week a few days prior. Gutted kitchen only to be called morning of delivery to be told no driver and would need to be another week. No effort to deliver next day or same week. Paid $450 for a professional company to delivery 60 miles for service like this. Poor customer service!

Cabinets ordered through Lowe's that Commercial Works delivered to my home. If you find out that this company has anything to do with delivering your items, demand it be someone else. This place has lost several of my cabinets. Irresponsible with paperwork, no communication, destruction of my property and they just flat out DO NOT CARE. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of the State of Ohio due to the negligence and irresponsibility of this company. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Oh boy, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt on this review. There are some fantastic people that work here and go out of their way to make things right. 3 deliveries scheduled with no show, a 7 month process to get a window delivered. Had to go to the warehouse myself to find the window was broken. They ordered a new window for me and eventually delivered it after almost 5 months. Seems like the process or flow of this place is the pitfall. Maybe they have too much going on and not enough people. Maybe the management just isn’t there. The people I had contact with in logistics definitely went the extra mile and figured things out for me. Shout out to Danielle for babysitting the process to finally get my window! The logistics manager seemed genuine in person but after leaving, could never get contact with him ever again. Probably why he doesn’t have an actual office phone. I would give them a 1 star but I’m being generous and saying the entire operation isn’t bad but there is definitely an issue behind the scenes.

This company was supposed to deliver my cabinets I ordered from Lowes. The original delivery was an OK experience besides the fact that there were three missing cabinets that I was told "must have been missed on the dock". I made note and signed off, the drivers made note. Gave me a number to call. I have been calling this number periodically, leaving voicemails, making multiple calls until I can get ahold of someone and then we have the same conversation I have had every time. They find my order and there is no note of missing cabinets, or they say there was a "dock search". They then issue a new search saying they will call me back that day with an update and to set up delivery. I have NEVER received a call back from them. Nearly a month after the originally delivery and there is no contact unless I try and call. And it is a miracle if I get ahold of someone. They are absolutely terrible to work with. I have been put on hold and then call on another phone and finally get ahold of someone while still on hold on the other line. I can not put into enough words how terrible their communication and customer service is. This is just a residential job, I would never trust them with handling my business.An Update: After they lost those three cabinets and never decided to find them the manufacturer was kind enough to remake them and resend them. (Shenandoah by the way) We scheduled a delivery date for a Monday. I waited around, was sent an estimated time about an hour ahead of time saying 10:15 ETA. Wait and wait and nobody shows. I call in and they tell me that the driver is not coming and they have to reschedule! Reschedule it for the following week, they give me the time window of between 10-2. Expecting an hour heads up and I haven't heard anything, I call in at 1 o'clock. I am told that the driver is on stop 5 of the day and I am number 10-I'll get a message. No message, so I call at 4:30 and get told that they were never on the truck? And that I will get a call in the morning to reschedule. This place has been the absolute WORST to work with. How do you lose 8 feet of cabinets TWICE? If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst experience ever! I wish there was an option for zero stars. I have been fighting to get my cabinets delivered for 6 weeks. I've been told they couldn't be located because they were moved during inventory and the location was not updated in the computer. I have requested multiple dock searches, been promised calls back, had deliveries scheduled only to be called and told my delivery wasn't happening because they couldn't locate my order. I have spoken with the Director of operations, filed complaints with the BBB, and have now contacted both the CEO and VP of the company. Next steps will be filing a consumer complaint with the attorney general of Ohio and legal action.

Have been a no show 3 times on a cabinet delivery that had to be re-ordered because they lost it in the first place. They don’t arrive as promised and usually don’t bother to tell u they aren’t coming. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would we ordered cabinets from menards and they were delivered to commercial works the first part of our order came in and they never called I called them to find out why we have not gotten a call and they told me they had been sitting their since the week before and they might be able to get them delivered the next week 2 weeks after they received them so we rented a uhal truck so we could have put cabinets in a timely manner and not 2 weeks after they received them. 2 of our cabinets were on back order so they shipped them 2 weeks ago today they were suppose to be at commercial works last Friday my husband went to see if they had come in because they never answer their phone when you call and was told no they didn’t come in so I get a call yesterday at 4:30 telling me they are in I told them he would be their in 5 mins to get them he works right around the corner and just got off to be told we can’t do that because there will call hours are 8 AM to 3:30 PM we were never told they had specific will call hours after we had talked to them the week before so my husband goes back over there today at 11:30 in the morning when he went to lunch to pick our cabinets up to be told they couldn’t find them he told them he would be back at 4:30 to get our cabinets and they needed to find them I called when I went to lunch and was told that our cabinets weren’t really lost they had just been moved to another part of the warehouse and then I was also told that our cabinets had been delivered to them last Friday when my husband was there late me afternoon checking to see if they had been delivered and was told no the girl in the phone and I had words and I finally just hung up on her I then get a phone call from Nicole telling me it would not be a problem they spoke with the operational manager and they will have the cabinets ready to go when my husband gets their around 4:30 he gets their and once again they can not find our cabinets.. this is the worst customer service in the world ever I will make darn sure that any time I order somthing it will not be delivered throw this company if this is the way they run a business they need to close their doors.

*****BE WARNED*****ABISMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. ORDERED CABINETS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY COMMERCIAL WORKS.THEY LOST THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVEING THEM. WAITED THREE WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, AND ON THE SCHEDULED DAY, AFTER WAITING ALL DAY AND WELL PASSED MY DELIVERY TIME I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT THE ORDER WAS LOST. THEN WAITED ANOTHER WEEK, TO BE ON HOLD FOR AN ENTIRE SHIFT ONLY TO LEARN NOTHING, CABINETS WERE STILL LOST AND NO ONE HAD LIFTED A FINGER TO LOOK.NOT A SINGLE PROMISE WAS KEPT EVEN THOSE MADE BY THE SUPPOSED "DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS" NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING THERE AND IT IS OBVIOUS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT MAKING MONEY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
