Roaches, dismissive and incompetent staff, and shady behavior. Very unfortunate that I have to write a review like this, but Cornerstone Crossing should be avoided if you are looking to rent. After just a little over a year of tenancy, I experienced a lot of issues with the rental itself and the problematic staff in the leasing office.
Regarding the unit itself, it looked great upon first inspection. Moving in, I discovered several appliances did not work (garbage disposal and dishwasher) and the water tank leaked. Those issues were eventually repaired, but then I discovered the roach problem. I had roaches in my kitchen cabinets, under my fridge, between the cracks of my walls and counters. I struggled with them until the day I moved out; it took several visits from their exterminator before they finally agreed to spray. After the spray, I still continued seeing roaches. I also had a mice problem, although they were not as abundant as the roaches.
The leasing office staff were not helpful; you rarely talk to the same person twice, and will receive different answers for the same question. Aside from the lack of cohesiveness, they are also rude and several times were quick to hurry me off the phone whenever I called about my reoccurring issues. Aside from the roaches, another issue was my bathtub; early into my tenancy, the tub paint began to crack and chip. After reporting this, and no action was taken by maintenance, the tub continued to crack and the caulking also began to separate. Black spots grew in the cracks of the caulking. I tried to reach out many times throughout the remainder of my tenancy, but no repairs were ever done. Fast forward to now, they are trying to charge me for the repair of the tub. Other shady behavior included not allowing me to be present for the final walkthrough, and taking over a month to repair a giant hole in my bathroom ceiling caused by an upstairs tenant’s toilet leaking.
Very disappointing and this has probably been my worst rental experience. Once again, if you are looking to rent, remember this review before considering Cornerstone Crossing.

I have been living at cornerstone crossing for about a month now and I really love my new place. I was working with Mimi for a while and when she finally did find the apartment I needed, I was happy about the news. I also appreciate that she always ask me how if everything is OK every time I see her.

mouses and roaches i lived on the freaking 3rd floor and some how got these things running thru my place, CALLED Maintenance several times about it they came ONLY ONCE and put ONE trap down in the kitchen, NEVER came after that, I got kicked out because I didn't wanna renew my lease and they're being so petty about the move out. It's ridiculous. I just want them to leave me alone. im finally gone and NEVER coming back, telling everyone not to come here They just did new projects on the buildings like painting the parking lot and painting the apartments, but just because it's pretty on the outside. Doesn't mean it's a good place to live on the inside.

If you want to meet be somewhere where every time you go to or call the office , you are dealing with a different person….and usually any given one of them has an attitude, then this is the place for you. This company has no regard for proper customer service, tenant need or compassion, they are only interested in their own assets and their bottom line.

My move in went quick and easy, with Julie going out of her way to stay late so I could get in when I got there after hours. My apartment is beautiful and it's only day 3 but I already feel at home.

Just moved in a week ago. Light fixture fell on my back in the kitchen. Also roaches I’ve contacted Terrance my leasing agent with photos. I was told I’m put on the pest control list and maintenance list. All outlets in my bedroom stop working. The bathroom outlet does not work. There are many entry points for pest in the kitchen area. No one has been to see about my unit as a new tenant. I have given the complex a 30 day notice to fix the unit or the rental payment will go in escrow. Terrance to me if I decide to put my rent in escrow let him know. There was no concern about me having issues with my unit.

Okay for one the move in process was absolutely terrible , the date kept getting pushed back further and further , when they rushed me in finally after calling in multiple times trying to get everything situated they moved me into the apartment with the carpet unleveled and multiple things messed up , then moving forward the roaches were absolutely terrible and flys , and the trash outside is insane , and most of the tenants are disgusting and the management won’t do nothing about it! , definitely do NOT recommend, the apartments look nothing like the pictures !!!

My sister patio door has been broken since June 7th, they have made 0 attempts to get it replaced despite serval phone calls & maintenance requests they have prioritized painting the fence over her well-being. They treat their tenants horrible.
