I picked up some glasses from another store but the frames were crooked! I took them to the Costco vision center during a regular grocery trip and Melinda had me fixed up in 5 minutes free of charge! Awesome customer service and very helpful!!

I got my prescription from my eye doctor and brought it here to order glasses. I got 2 pair for the price of one vs the big name stores. Best priced glasses around and the staff is amazing! They have brand names like Gucci, Jimmy Choo, and Tory Burch, too.

I didn't have an appointment, but Dr. Ruth was able to see me right away. It was hard to distinguish the slight change in my prescription, and I needed help to correct my new lenses. Dr. Ruth was patient, kind and helped me correct my lenses. They are perfect now. The whole optical department was a pleasure to work with. Very happy customer, thank you!

Several of the staff were fine but very slow, however, one of the staff members talked over me and put her hand in my face to stop me from continuing a sentence. Will never return. Manager’s response was fairly blasé and he didn’t seem shocked or concerned that his employee acted in such a manner. Too many other places to spend your money to deal with this again.

It was my first time getting the prescription sunglasses at Costco and Charles- in the vision center department- was great at helping us through the process. He walked us through the options and was very patient to answer all our questions. He has the excellent customer service skills!

Our kid is covered with Premier VSP insurance plan which covers prescription glasses with $25 co-pay. However the lady who helped us said she couldn't see there is any coverage. Hello, do you know what you are doing please? We had to pay in full, and file claim with VSP. Just wasting time.

Let's just be honest, being an optometrist at Costco is about a numbers game, not so much about providing traditional customer care. The exchange for a cushy office and uninterrupted service with a doctor that maybe consumed a little less caffeine beforehand is, you get your eyes examined for a low, low cost. I got an accurate script and I was in and out of there in about twenty minutes. Did I feel like I was being herded around and maybe hurried? Yes. All in all, though, I can't really complain.

The service at this vision center was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. (Charlie and Desireé helped me) starting from the phone call where I had questions prior to getting there to the help I received and the cleanliness of the facility today. The price is half the cost from my vision center and the amount of selection was enough to choose from. I would use this location for my glasses and sunglasses in the future.

This review is not for Dr. Ruth but for the optical center where I ordered glasses for my son. I gave it 3 stars today because it took 20 minutes of waiting before he is called to fix his loose glasses. Otherwise it was an ok experience.

Exam:Dr. Ruth was awesome! I'm a tad particular so I liked that he sanitized each equipment infront of me before he had me look through it. He was very patient and explained each step clearly.Glasses Purchase:Long wait but worth it! I've purchased glasses from Costco multiple times. Each time the service was excellent. The staff are genuinely interested in helping you.

I went to the vision center today sunday nov 24 2019 to pick up my 2 pairs of glasses. The doctor during the exam last week was great I have no problem with him.Today picking up my glasses a high and mighty better than you individual actually called me (I'm 60 years old) a child for picking up my second pair of classes off the counter while he was away adjusting my first pair.My glasses that I paid for last week. Is that the way customers are treated these days, well that's sad. He looked me right in the face and called me a child, I was deeply offended. People should keep their stupid remarks and thoughts to themselves, if they are too stupid to realize people don't want to hear that then they should not be in customer service positions.I will think twice before I go there again. Ridiculous way to loose some stars.

I just picked up my glasses today. Start to finish from the exam through the measurement for my choice of frame to the final adjustments today, an outstanding experience. The prescription is spot on! I've been putting up with sub-standard glasses for so long I never knew it could be this good. If I could give 6 stars I would!
