What does my membership money go towards? It certainly isn't staffing. I shouldn't have to wait in line for 45 minutes to check out. Frozen foods are completely thawed and trash by the time I get to check out.

Better selection than BJ'S warehouse, IMO. The customers are definitely more aggressive here, though, and you get bombarded by employees pushing samples. Is that good or bad? You decide.

I love everything about Costco...except that they move stuff around every now and then just when I get used to where they normally are and they don't always have the same items available all the time...but then those items will come back in stock after a few months. If you're reading this Costco...if you just keep things in the same place in the store all the time so I can get in and out quickly and don't have to run up and down the aisles looking for something...and then also keep products I've been using and have loved for a long time in stock...then I'll give you that fifth star.

This facility has everything that you need. It gets busy during the weekend. My suggestion is to go during the week.

This place is like a mound of ants. People everywhere, in and out and the lines are long and exasperating. Get there as early as possible.
